Chick-fil-A is always a great place to experience! Great food, great service, and great people who always serve you with a smile! If only you could bring back your awesome chicken salad sandwich 🥪 😋😁😆

I ordered my food online to Chick-fil-A and the ,, , Mall in Danville. I live about a mile from the mall. We we came straight home. My food was Cole and couldn't be eaten the only thing good about the meal was the tea. The order number was 7909 curbside blue Chevrolet his telephone number i the total was $10.77 and the time was 5:57. Instead of holding our meal until it got cold it should have brought our meal on, out there cuz the girl had everybody's meal at one time and there's no way that the meal was stay warm when you waiting for other. Overall the order and food was terrible.

Great food and service. Exactly what I expect from Chick-fil-A

4 stars on food this time, got 2 8 pc nuggets and regular sandwich, the 2 8 pc would have easily fit in same small box, never gotten that small of nuggets was surprised.

This place must be the anchor store that keeps the Danville Mall alive. It's like an indoor drive through. They took our orders by the entrance, we paid at the register, and got served very quickly. You don't see employees hustle like this at McDonald's. There was one server named Doe walking around making sure everything was clean and that everyone had refills.

Super super busy place, but very friendly and courteous employees, n staff. Best nuggest hands down anywhere!

Drive through is almost always busy (typical for chicfila), but the line keeps moving and folks get their food in a reasonable amount of time.

I usually go to the Chick-fil-a at the mall when I am by myself. Amazing customer service. The employees that works there are always nice and pleasant. Even under pressure they don't fall in front of their customers. They are always on the move getting orders and cleaning. They also talk to you. The food is great! Definitely a 5 if not more

Food was delicious good and hot service was really good didn't have to wait too long for my order I don't normally eat in but the atmosphere was very pleasant

Best customer service at a fast food restaurant. Every. Single. Time. Other fast food restaurants need to take a page out of your book. Thanks for making me feel welcomed. I eat here for breakfast and dinner all the time and not once have I ever left feeling anything but satisfied and happy. Far more superior than the rest. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Amazing food, amazing service, you guys have it all.
