We say one of the top restaurants in Danville. Quality food finally found in the area. Blackened catfish great. Smoked chicken mac cheese was yummy (left off the bbq sauce). Martini's were good but weak. Service was great. Cute inviting place.

Outstanding experience at King Cropp. From setting foot inside the restaurant, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, well designed atmosphere. Our server Parker was charming and very mindful of providing the perfect service for our needs. Vegetarian items were plentiful and well marked, portions were huge, and cocktails made with both thought and love. No question the best place to dine in the Danville area!

I absolutely love King Cropp Kitchen in Danville! This is one of the only restaurants that I legitimately do not have to worry about being glutened when I eat there (gluten allergy). So much of their food can be made gluten free, alpha gal friendly, vegetarian, etc., and it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Tonight I had gluten free fried chicken with gravy and buffalo sauce, seasoned waffle fries, and homemade pintos.

Not only is the food AMAZING, the staff is incredibly friendly, service is wonderful, and the restaurant itself is lovely.

The food is excellent and so is the service. This may be the best restaurant in Danville. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a beautiful restaurant and it's farm to table, so menu options change. You can eat outside on the patio, inside or even at the bar. There are several fish and chicken options. Their sides are amazing! Always get the macaroni and cheese. My favorite appetizer is the truffle tots. From the bar, try the DanVegas. I have never been disappointed in a meal here.

One of the BEST places to eat in Danville! King Cropp was absolutely delicious and neither myself or my mom could find one thing wrong!

Friendly people, very fast service, delicious food, fair prices! Beautiful inside and out! So many different options for whatever your dietary restrictions are! Will DEFINITELY go back!

Very homely feel inside and plenty of seating outside on Main St. I was greeted immediately on a Monday, had a nice conversation with the bartender and a good IPA from Memphis while waiting on my takeout. Seems their fries are house-cut! They're very seasoned and served hot, to order. Caesar salad is plentiful with fresh lettuces.

Oh my gosh, you have to get here when you are in the area, or better yet. Plan a trip to Danville specifically to go here! Awesome signature cocktails, spectacular entrees (including super choices for my fellow vegetarians!), and great desserts!

One of the best restaurants in town. The truffle tots are incredible, as were all of the side dishes. The fried catfish was probably the best I've ever had. It was so moist, flaky, mild with a perfect crispy fried costing that was thin, and not greasy at all. I highly recommend this place.

Amazingly delicious food and love that they have options for persons suffering from food allergies and limitations such as gluten, Alpha-gal, etc. My 6 year old granddaughter complained that they did not have Kraft macaroni and cheese in a box - after she tried their macaroni and cheese, she loved it and has not stopped talking about it. We are going back tonight with more relatives from out of town!!!

King Cropp has the absolute best food - I am always impressed with the quality, service, wait time, and overall atmosphere. You can't beat it! The bronzed salmon with lemon aioli is my repeat favorite, and the mac & cheese is the best I have ever had. The owners are always present and working alongside the team which shows their true dedication to service based leadership and hospitality. Danville is so lucky to have such a wonderful local restaurant!

Met the owner, John Kropp and his daughter, Darcy who were very pleasant and welcoming. We even got a joke from John; this is a family owned business. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious and filling. My favorite was the Chili Garlic Cauliflower, although, the catfish, angus meatloaf were good also. For the sides we got, fried cabbage, pinto beans, mac and cheese, fries, green beans, and cole slaw. Everything was well-seasoned. The atmosphere was inviting. Happy to see Danville progressing in its offerings.

Absolutely outstanding place for dinner!!! Our waitress, Parker, was right on time, every time, with getting us refills!!! The food was cooked to perfection and delicious. The owner was very sweet and attentive. I don't think I've ever had a better first experience anywhere in danville!!! If you haven't tried King Cropp you are absolutely missing out!!! 1000/10!!!!

WOW...FANTASTIC FOOD!! Great service. Smoked Chicken Nachos were amazing, and the Shrimp dish were divine. Loads of flavor.....

Last night, King Cropp, once again, provided an incredible dining experience. The service is always on point, whether you are at the bar and get to know Brooke or sit in the dining room or out on the patio. We enjoyed all the specials. The dip trio paired nicely with the mojito special. The entree was outstanding! The grilled Mahi Mahi and jumbo shrimp with sides all combined for a generous plate of YUM! We are so fortunate to have great locally owned restaurants here in Danville.

I love having a restaurant where I have options and feel safe eating. With food allergies like alpha gal, eating out is usually tricky and disappointing, but King Cropp provides delicious options for me and my daughter. My friends and family without allergies enjoy as well.

What a privilege to enjoy such wonderfully prepared food served by an incredible serving staff managed by a quick, intelligent and responsible manager. I assume D’Arcy was the manager but could very well be the owner. Come to think of it, each person in the chain could have been the owner based on the ownership and pride in each of their roles.

The care, quality, service and attention were on par with any great restaurant I’ve enjoyed all over the world.

The menu was diverse, interesting and well thought out. The special seemed amazing, so much so that it sold out. Kate our server remarked my enthusiasm when ordering the special that had at that very moment sold out. Instead of mailing in some disingenuous apology D’Arcy came to introduce herself. A hysterical conversation ensued and I decided for D’Arcy to choose my substitute.

What a great meal! Each part was balanced in flavour and complimentary to the other.

We had perfectly battered pickles that were not hidden in breading to start.

My friend had the meatloaf that was greatly appreciated. I ended up with the pulled pork with Mac n cheese, some sort of bean thing with green onions. Each part was perfectly prepared and flavourful with out being over done.

I strongly recommend King Cropp Kitchen.

Oh I almost forgot, I happened to notice a plate of fries go by and couldn’t help asking to try one that may have fallen out of a plate in the kitchen.

They did not disappoint, I hope I can add the picture I took of what they brought me fresh from the kitchen. Absolutely memorable.

The food and service was excellent, friendly atmosphere very nice place to enjoy a nite out. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate it. I want to say thank you so much to the entire staff n the owner.
