Has been a good clinic to go to, much better than Salem & much less of a drive.

Easy to get to...only if you're coming from Martinsville it's on the left...not the right.

The V.A. Clinic in Danville, VA has some very good people there. Tierra Kelly is exceptionally gifted in getting the Veteran the care that is needed. She sees the whole picture of someone health-care and also makes the specialists appointments while her patient is still in her exam room.
They Do need a new telephone system.

I'm starting to think this place was past the issues of 2019 and 2020. I hope it does not get back to the way it was. I've been happy over the last year, but talking to friends and other veterans... Many are starting to gripe.

The care is not bad once you get seen. The problem is getting an appointment soon. It’s hard to speak with someone over the phone in the office in Danville, VA.

Poor service follow ups. I only go out of convienence and absolute necessity. Had 4 different care provider in 5 years. Sad!

No one ever calls you back, always have to talk to a recording for your pack team

I've been going here for almost 2 years and it's been good for the most part. But I just experienced the rudest, unprofessional phone call ever. I called asking about a telehealth appointment I requested that was still pending. The woman on the phone gave me an attitude the entire time. She didn't understand what "telehealth" was. Then when it finally clicked for her she said I probably meant a "primary care visit over the phone." THAT'S WHAT TELEHEALTH IS! She then said she would put it in for me and immediately hung up on me. It's a good thing I didn't need anything else. You need to vet the people you hire better.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My boyfriend is a Veteran and goes to the Danville clinic. He needs his ears cleaned because he can't HEAR a thing. He was told to go to a walk-in clinic and they don't do that either. The clinic won't give him an appointment with his PCP. You guys SUCK BIG TIME

Would give 0 stars if it were an option, still waiting after 3 weeks for a call back with MRI results from a month ago....pathetic, taking next step and making an official complaint.

Nov 2023 has this place improved since moving not at all now the nurses purposely falsify your records to prevent proper treatment and since they are not staffed by the Va but rather contracted out so the Va has no recourse with these malicious employees

Its now 2022 and still all they do is tell you to go to medexpress.... Its been 18 months some one, for the love of God, teach this medical professional how to properly wear a mask. Yet again all this place is capable of is sending you to urgent care or the er. If they spent as much time treating patients as they do avoiding it maybe vets would get decent care. The lady that does the covid screening so you can enter the building does not wear her mask properly, like won't ever cover her nose. The only medical advice they give is go to medexpress, they won't make appointments for patients unless you get patient advocacy involved. This CBOC is a total waste of tax payer dollars as they are totally incompotent.
