I can't say enough good things about this place!!

I wish I knew sooner about how INCREDIBLY delicious this place is! The owners are so kind, and every single thing they make is made from scratch. Right down to the croutons on the salad (which I never thought a crouton would impress me - but I stand corrected 😂)

You can taste the love and thought they put into each dish - I can't even say which part was my favorite because from the steak, to the seafood risotto, to the fish dip - it was all crafted perfectly 😍

This place is a MUST try (It's also a beautiful place for a date night too) - small businesses like this truly add to the charm of our town!

You will not regret dining here!!

Tommy and Carly have really made it nice here. The 100+ year wood bar top is superb. The ambiance and vibe here is excellent. The Cowboy Cut Rib-Eye is to die for and perfectly cooked. Since I was the early bird I had a chance to meet the owners and chat it up. Two very nice high quality people that made a very high quality restaurant happen.

Delicious dinner! I got the swordfish; friends got steak, seafood pasta, seafood risotto and Chilean sea bass. Everything was wonderful. Owner Carley and busser Megan were friendly and took great care of us. I appreciated that very thorough, knowledgeable information about the dishes was provided when asked. Bonus was the beautiful live piano music.

I had diner there tonight on 7/24/21. I started my guest experience with a bit of a wait. I arrived at 6:31 pm and was served at 7:01pm. They only had 2 servers on duty. One them was the owner Carli. She was very nice and took time to talk to me even though she was swamped. But I didn't keep her long. The first thing you have to be aware of when dining at this restaurant is you MUST understand that they do their very best to keep all of the food they serve LOCAL. With that said certain expectation need to be adjusted. Your getting local meats, local fish, local produce, in most cases. READ the about us page on there website. For a restaurant to pay attention to that kind of commitment is tough and can be frustrating from time to time. You have to make certain allowances in that regard.

So I had the Beer Battered Scallops appetizer which were out of this world. Second Carli was right on the money when she recommended a very nice Chardonnay wine (Albertoni) that was right on the money for her description. Then we move to the main course I had the 10oz Sirloin. So first off don't expect the steak to look like a porter house. Florida beef can be a bit tough to chew but the flavor was awesome, it is here in this state. So it probably was alive a couple of weeks ago. I had a red wine (Gran Cru Pinot Noir) with this part of the meal. I had Grilled Asparagus and Onion Strings for sides all of this was delicious. In closing the wait was worth it in my opinion. Carli's husband is the Chef and to him I say my complements to him as well. My guest Experience was 5 star overall.

Carley and Emily were absolutely the sweetest & most informative “hostesses!” Gave perfect details of menu items. The seafood risotto was amazingly delicious! My friend stated “It’s so amazing I’d lick the bowl !” My salmon burger was pure perfection! Finished off fresh coffee and a lemon dessert with homemade freshly made whipped cream and a yummy cherry compote, topped off with their homemade Carmel sauce!!! Just enough sweetness without being overly sweet. It will be a place I bring my out of town guests and friends. What a wonderful treat!!! Sadly I only took a picture of an empty plate.

We went here for our anniversary last night. It was our first time here. I had chicken and donuts and my husband had steak. The food was amazing and so was Carly. We will definitely be back.

One of the best meals I've eaten in Florida! Everything and I mean everything from the meat down to the pickled onions were delicious. Fish dip is the best I've had and we're not even in New England. We we're all really happy we happened to stumble in this evening.

This was a restaurant I found when trying to make Valentines Day plans. The reviews looked good and the pictures of the food even better I took a chance and called for reservations and confirmed they would not be limiting their menu like most other places do on Valentines Day I booked the first time slot of 5. We arrived and were greeted by the family who owned the establishment and were sat at a nice table at the window to the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and each chose a filet mignon meal. All the food that was brought out was so delicious and I am a huge fan of their steak which had been cooked perfectly to medium and had a perfect char on both sides. The meal was too much at the time so we did order dessert to go which was amazing as a treat later after we got back home. I called to ask about a short notice table for nine. Was pleasantly encouraged to come right over. We arrived to a table that was all set for us.

The owner chose the perfect wine for us. Everyone commented that their food was excellent. Oh, did I mention that six of us were important customers that we wanted to show thanks to? Well thanks to Griffins Surf & Turf, that was a success — thanks to everyone at Griffins!!

Started with the Shrimp and Scallops app. The Jumbo Shrimp wrapped bacon was very good, the additional fillers was a surprise. The Peppercorn Ribeye was excellent cooked to perfection. My son Filet was amazing. Wine selection is good but was hoping for more options. Yet the Argus Pinot '20 was a nice pairing. Salad and sides was very good, but the homemade Chocolate Cake was delicious. Service is great, met one of the owners, and found out the Seafood is fresh as they have an wholesale license, so looking forward to trying their fresh Red Snapper on the next visit. Nice little local spot that I'll see again.

Awesome steak! I had the horseradish filet and it was very good. I would put it on par with the steaks I have had from “high end” steakhouses.

The owners were super friendly and welcoming.

Prices are reasonable for the quality. It’s more expensive than the chains but cheaper than the high end spots. Worth it.

Went there for dinner last night with some friends tried to order lollipop lamb chops but they were sold out. Ordered hogfish instead one of the best meals I had in Florida. Food and service was outstanding! Guess I need to get there earlier for chops. I heard they were extremely tasty. See ya soon

My spouse brought me for my birthday and I couldn't be happier with her decision. Great menu selection. The server (one of the owners) was very proud of their establishment and confident in their ability to deliver high quality, tasty meals. She even suggested we make surf and turf combinations not listed on the menu.
We has their magnificent lobster bisque. The beer battered scallops were amazing. My wife loved her seafood risotto. I had sea bass and filet medallions (not a menu combination). Both were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right.
The desserts were simply fantastic as well.
We will be back and look forward to trying other items. Also, we will recommend it without hesitation.

I would give this restaurant 5 more stars if I could! We had an anniversary dinner here for my parents and the food was absolutely delicious and the service was personable. We had a party of 11 people. The owner was our server and immediately upon arrival we were greeted with a warm and inviting experience. The homemade food was so so good. I recommend trying the mahi mahi appetizer dip! This is their original recipe.

A few of us ordered their cowboy steak which was amazing! We also had some burgers, the meatloaf (delicious!), the fresh catch of the day (which was prepared perfectly) and their apple pie a la mode. Everyone’s meal exceeded expectations and the wine selection was great.

Thank you for great service and a delicious meal from appetizer through to dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing experience. The food quality and craftsmanship into our dinner was unmatched in any restaurant we have been in in the area. Tommy and Carly are genuine and one-of-a-kind. And their food exemplifies greatness.

We had a wonderful time last night at Griffins. Can't say enough about this place. Owners and staff friendly and delightful.
Atomsphere was quiet enough to talk, beautiful upholstered back wall benches in dining room, unique wooden bar with character & great history! Food menu simple yet diverse with all kinds items you'd want to indulge in.
We had the best ever unusual seafood charcuterie board as an appetizer, true cheeseburger with 3 cuts of ground beef, tasty onion rings like I've never seen before and small ceasar salad!! All off the charts ...delicious!!

Literally the most amazing secret. If you want something upscale, worth the price delicious. The absolute best dining experience I've ever had. Tonya was incredible and made me feel like i had known her my hole life. I would say for stuart florida to hide such a gem 💎. Please come here l! Absolutely phenomenal food. The same couple that created Mrs. Peters Smoked Dips and sold it to Boars Head, opened this great steak house. You actually meet the founders who are so passionate about food that rather than retire on their windfall, their enjoyment of creating fantastic food got to them. You cannot beat it - now my favorite place, tie with Gettin Crabby

The food is amazing and the service is great.

The Fish Dip is one of the best I've ever had. They really put their own touch on every food... instead of serving crackers like so many other places, they made their own magical vessel for the dip.

My wife's filet mignon was perfectly cooked and so tender. I couldn't believe how good it was.

And if you want a real treat, get the Cinnamon Toast Crunch for dessert. It's how I wish my momma would have made French Toast.

Loved the entire meal.
