Huge thank you to Dr. Moon and staff at Danville Dental Associates!! I had a dental emergency and called first thing today at 8am. I was told to come in immediately and in less than an hour from the time I called, I had a full root canal completed and was on my way out the door! I didn’t have to wait at all and I am so thankful that I am now pain free just that fast. Dr. Moon was incredibly cheerful, fast and efficient. Thank you to the staff for getting me in so quickly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had a horrendous dental visit in Texas, where the dentist seemed to just want me out the door and declared my teeth "fine". My first visit here, at the 5011 Riverside Drive office, was very courteous & caring. I related my story to them, and after checking they identified the problem I felt I was having. It was nice to have a dentist that actually LISTENED to the patient.

I want to thank Dr. Moon and his staff Keisha and Chelsea for keeping me calm and my extractions went well . Awesome place and the people are very attentive to your needs . Continue doing well 🙏❤

I had a good experience dealing with a very painful tooth! Originally Dr Moon filled it but because it was so deep, I ended up getting a root canal because it was so sensitive and painful. Dr. Moon and Keisha work together like precision in motion. It was absolutely painful but he worked quickly. It was done in record time. I was shocked by the check up call. Kudos to this entire team!

I had my first appointment with Danville Dental Associates. I saw Dr. Moon and "Jenny" was the gal who cleaned my teeth. They were friendly and really gentle with my teeth/mouth. The only thing I thought was odd, is that they didn't polish my teeth after cleaning them. Of course I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile so maybe they charge extra for that now...I don't know. Overall I would highly recommend this office! :)

After trying SEVERAL dentists in Danville and not being impressed by any of them, I called Danville Dental to give them a try. My daughter and I have both been impressed by their professionalism and willingness to talk with you about your dental care. We never feel rushed and actually have always felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of by Dr. Williams and the dental hygienists that clean our teeth. One time, I had a problem with a filling and Dr. Williams replied quickly to my concerns and had me in the office the next day to fix the problem to my full satisfaction! My daughter even said after one visit, "I LOVE Dr. Williams.....she is the BEST!" When this comes from your preteen who has had some pretty horrible experiences at other dental offices, then you know you've found someone pretty incredible! Thank you Dr. Williams and everyone that we've worked with at Danville Dental!

This office is absolutely amazing!! My daughter (who's 9) sees Dr.Payne in the lower level of the Riverside Dr location and we love the office! Today my son (who's 6) had an appointment upstairs, and I unintentionally made my daughter's appointment at the same time downstairs. My husband took the kids to these appointments while I was working and when he realized they were on two separate floors, he didn't exactly know what to do. The office staff didn't hesitate a bit, they assured my husband they could handle it. The dental assistant by the name Jason stayed with my daughter downstairs while my husband took my son upstairs. This speaks VOLUMES about Jason, the fact my daughter was comfortable enough to let her dad out of her sight (which never happens) and was able to relax and get through her appointment with Jason was absolutely amazing! He kept her informed on what was happening with her appointment and made sure she was well taken care of. We have been going to this office for a few years and she has come to build a great bond with Jason and the other staff in this office and that showed today! Jason however would go above and beyond for anyone, regardless if he knew them 2 minutes or 20 years. As a mother, this type of thing is really something special. I don't trust anyone with my children, outside of immediate family, but Jason has built a level of care, respect, and trust with our family that I knew she would be just fine. Once her appointment was finished Jason walked with her upstairs to her dad, told him all about the appointment and made sure he knew all the updates on her dental care before he went back downstairs. This office truly cares about it's patients, they don't show up, punch in, and act like it's just a job. They love what they do, and it shows!!! I haven't had one bad experience at this office, and my kids love going to the dentist (what kids love the dentist???) But with a dentist, and staff like these guys, it's easy to understand why they love it so much!!!

Dr. Williams is so gentle and caring . She and her assistant are both wonderful! Jenny and Denise are my hygienists and they are wonderful as well. I love going to get my teeth cleaned ♥

This was my first visit and I can honestly say that it was an awesome experience. Dr. Williams was such a pleasure, lots of knowledge, and very friendly. The nurses were patient and caring.

I went to Danville Dental on Riverside, and I must admit, I was impressed by the staff and Dr. Moon. I was seen in less than 15 minutes from the time I arrived. Everyone was nice and professional. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Moon.

I have major anxiety going to the dentist, but it was a case of having to. Dr. Morgan Williams and her assistant Billie Jean were so calm, kind and proficient. I have several more appointments with them and feel very reassured it will go well.

Courtney greeted us with a warm, inviting welcome this morning... It was a genuine welcome. My daughter went back for her service and Courtney was so kind to her all the way through her visit. I enjoyed being in her company. She smiled as she did get job. I knew that today would be a great day after meeting her.... Thanks so much. It would be so much better if more people would treat customers this way! Courtney!! You're one of a kind!

I have been visiting Dr. Albert Payne at Danville Dental Associates since he finished Dental School and opened practice in DVA! He is the best Dentist ever!! He is kind, gentle, a great Christian man and has expanded his practice to include many very capable Dentists, I have seen them in his absence and they are terrific too. If you don’t have insurance they have a terrific savings plan that saves you lots of money. My hygienist is Jenny Toufas… she is fabulous! If you want royal treatment(and I know most folks don’t like to go) please call for an appointment! Guarantee you will not be disappointed! Greatest group of dedicated, competent associates you can find! I really love every visit with them for over 40 years!

Always a wonderful experience! Dr Evans is truly the best dentist! I refer everyone to him. He cares about his patients. Not there for the money....always tells me what I need to do and what’s the best and most affordable for me. Not like others in this town that only want money and don’t do what’s best for the dentist. Dr Evans loves his patients and you can tell he loves his job. He better not ever retire!! Kimberly and Megan always take care of me too. Always enjoy my trips to the dentist office!
