Avis Car Rental

The transaction was fast the car was almost brand new and in great condition. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. They even mailed my ez- pass to me as I forgot it in the rental. Cost was as stated and they didn’t try to add on any things like other places I’ve rented from. A+++++++++++++++

I rent from here 5-10 times a year and have never had an issue. The cars are new, clean, and in great overall condition. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I cant recommend them enough.

I had an amazing experience with the gentleman here at Avis. He was very friendly and diligentThrough the whole rental experience. He told me he was new to the position, we hit a snag with my credit card payment but he Was quick to troubleshoot and figure out the problem.On top of that when I was moving my baby's car seats to the rental my personal car battery died and he came out to help jump It. I wish I could remember his name but I just wanted to give him a lot of credit and Hope that He moves up quick we need more people like him in the service industry. I recommend Avis to anybody especially Avis here at the Altoona airport

Rented a car through priceline for 35.99 a day for a 7 day rental and returned it early before I left with the rental I asked if I return it early what happens, the manager on duty told me it would be 35.99 less for each day that I didn't use the car.

When I returned the car they reset the rate to 63 per day, beware when you rent here they will lie to you when you ask questions about the rental. I'd not recommend this location.
