Very nice , extremely clean , the lady was very nice and sympathetic to our needs. It was an excellent experience and I will be going back very soon. Go check them out some things area bit pricey but you will find something just as beautiful on sale. Good luck 🤞

I have visited this location multiple times over the past 9 years. Between Black Friday shopping and kids needing more clothes, I have always found this store had a relaxing feel to it. While the mall may not be e much, they doesn't seem to affect their smiling faces

I had stopped shopping years ago due to the non-caring, rude treatment I had gotten.
Needing something specific to Belk, but sold out at a friend's store, I decided to try ours.
I went in and immediately a Customer service representative asked if I needed help. I was directed to exactly where I needed to go.
In the department I shopped finding exactly what I needed for my friend. I also liked the prices so well, I picked out some stuff for me. I was directed to the checkout nearest the area I needed to go.
Check out was speedy and the Customer service representative was super friendly and efficient. He finished checking me out and he directed me to the elevator. Everything went smoothly. I got good products and with good prices. I will return!

Sale prices were phenomenal!

This has got to be one of the best experiences I've had in a department store in years. Every single sales associate, and I do actually mean all of them, were outstanding. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and had great personalities. They made time to help and they knew where things were. The prices were what you'd expect, but wow such a great place to shop. Thank y'all!

Love my Danville Virginia Belk store and especially Alice the Clinique representative. Have known her for years. She makes you feel more like family than a customer.
Update:. I recently learned that Alice passed. I am going to sorely miss our lively conversations and how she could perfectly match me with ANY Clinique product. We had a wonderful rapport and she was a sweet, caring person.

Found a lot of great clothes for very good pricing.

I have been to the Belk in Danville many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and they even have some dressing rooms open now! Woo hoo! My first time in a dressing room in over a year! Store is clean and so are the bathrooms. Great place to shop!

Lancome has left this location. Only real dept store in the area- other than Marshalls where sometimes some brands might be found.Would not want to drive to the next city so don't close down. Needs hip clothing. Very few good finds, still shop takes longer to find a good style.

Great. I always tend to shop at one store for clothes. So I don't venture or pay a lot of attention even if I am in another store. My store was Macy's. They closed in several locations. This forced me to try Bell. Great sale prices. Great, great, and great Men's Selection. I have a new store!!!!!

Belk has some really amazing deals around Christmas time, a lot of name brand items for 4.99, 6.99, and 9.99! Their staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend checking out their sales, and all of their cute shoes in the shoe department!

Employees were very helpful. Belks had a great clearance sale. Paying for clearance items was done quickly. Non-stressful shopping experience.

Great buys....got capeis for $17.00...that's a steal...I love e the clothes from them...was disappointed that they didn't have any dressy short sleeve pull over collar shirt for my husband ....needed for a wedding
