Worst experience ever... and I've even been back to her twice now .... Mt. Hermin location my mouth was just fine prior to going to see her ... and while in the process of numbing me she hit something in my jaw .... and now she's telling me I have tmj .. when I did not have any problems what so ever prior to going to this location.... never again!!!!

Do not go to this dentist office!!! My partner went here for a simple cavity filling and they ended up creating a sizable hole in her cheek and didn't even tell her! It was burning, sore, and incredibly swollen. It was so bad she had to miss work the next day. Over a filling!! It should have been a simple procedure but turned into a huge inconvenience due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism.

My daughter went for simple filling which took an hour and a half. Seems like they were having a party on the back. Granted she does have tmj which makes opening hermouth dfficult. When she left she didn't feel right. They did tell her her cheek would be sore for a few days BUT neglected to tell her she had a pretty deep hole in her cheek. Today it Is swollen like she has a golf ball on her face. Very poor treatment abd I assure you this wouldn't have happened under Dr. Grekos's watch. Would not recommend them for anything other maybe a teeth cleaning.

The staff was nice but the dentist who actually did the cleaning and checked on my teeth didn’t really take his time to check my teeth. The nurse told him about grooves in my teeth and he just ignored her and went in to his next patient. I will not be going back

Very poor service they rescheduled my appointment three times and did nothing wasted my time made me miss my school and job very never coming back there.
