Upon setting foot in Fuji at WOC, my fiancé and I were instantaneously embraced by the restaurant’s splendid atmosphere. The layout, punctuated by high-quality furniture, ensured patrons had ample space, striking a balance between intimacy and openness. The right side of the entrance offers limited seating, while the left unfolds into a more expansive seating area. The cherry on top? The transparent kitchen space where you can witness the meticulous craftsmanship of chefs, turning raw ingredients into artful culinary masterpieces.

Our dining odyssey began with the Vegetable Gyoza. The outer layer had a delicate crispiness, akin to the first crunch of an autumn leaf, encasing a tender, flavorful filling that boasted hints of garlic, ginger, and fresh greens. The balance was impeccable, neither overwhelming the palate nor being too subtle.

The Secret to Success roll was our next port of call. The spicy tuna had a gentle kick, tempered beautifully by the sweet undertones of ripe mango. Atop this base, seared salmon lay delicately, its slightly charred exterior revealing a buttery interior, brimming with rich, oceanic flavors. Complementary notes of spicy jalapeño and fresh scallions danced on the palate, while the unagi sauce’s sweet, smoky profile, coupled with the nutty hints from the crunchy sesame soy, created a harmony of flavors that was nothing short of symphonic.

The C-Suite roll, meanwhile, had a foundation of creamy avocado, fresh salmon, and crisp cucumber. The topping of tuna added a different texture and depth of flavor, while the jalapeño brought in a spicy undertone. The bonito flakes, dancing ethereally atop, lent a smoky note. The ponzu yuzu sauce and sriracha combined to introduce a zesty, spicy kick which cut through the richness, creating a multi-layered taste experience.

Although the deep-fried roll wasn’t my personal favorite, I admired its golden, crispy exterior which gave way to a creamy, cheese-filled heart, offering a dichotomy of textures that many would find irresistible.

Service, while prompt, allowed just enough time to truly appreciate the culinary artistry, as each roll was crafted from scratch. The anticipation, fueled by watching chefs at work, only amplified the final tasting experience.

Clean restrooms and the restaurant’s versatility for various occasions made our visit truly holistic. Fuji at WOC, with its commitment to culinary excellence and impeccable service, has undoubtedly set a benchmark in Massachusetts dining. Awaiting my next immersive visit! 🍣🥢

Amazing as usual. The five stars are for the C suite and the declaration of hunger makimoni rolls. The sashimi used to the best in town however last time I was here the quality was very disappointing. The table next to us was trying sushi for the first time and got the salmon maki and he decided that he didn’t like raw fish. Again bad day for the restaurant.

Sorry, no pictures we were so hungry as the items hit the table that we were eating them.
All the food we received was prepared fresh and served hot. Everything tasted very well. We ordered lobster Rangoon, shrimp tempura, sweet chili chicken, crispy fried calamari, ribeye fried rice, shrimp tempura sushi, and raw sushi (I can't remember the name). Desert was limited, only deep-fried cheesecake or choices of ice cream.
I did give four stars for service just because we did have to call over the server about 3 to 4 times to service us. But he was very attentive when he did come over so it wasn’t the worst.

I’ve never actually dined inside Fuji, but I’ve gotten take-out from here more times than I can count. The sushi lunch deals are great value for quality sushi. My favorite is the seared special lunch (melt-in-your-mouth nigiri), but I’ll opt for the spicy maki lunch if I want something a bit more filling. I also really like the wagyu ribeye clay pot. Dinner prices are expensive, but at least you know you won’t be disappointed.

Good atmosphere, great food and good vegetarian options. Salt and Pepper Tofu is a must have. The Pad Thai was also really delicious. We being vegetarian ordered Avocado maki and Mozzarella cheese and scallion maki ( chances of cross contamination with this as could be fried in the same oil as some fish items- ask your server about this). For cocktail I would suggest to get Kickin mule if you love ginger based cocktail. We will definitely go back for a date night!

Delicious 😋🤤 fresh sushi and sashimi. Lunch menu is generously portioned. I recommend this place.
Other than sushi, I also recommend edamame with garlic that they offer (not plain edamame, but the garlic one) and it is very delicious...

This is not my first time here nor will it be my last time. Please note, this sushi is a tad more expensive than your typical sushi joint. With the price, however, comes superb food quality, calming atmosphere and great service. I arrived to the restaurant around 6:30 on a Sunday night and they were able to seat a party of 4 easily. It did get busier as the night went on.

The ame-ebi were smaller this time around, but they still packed flavor. The sashimi cuts were thick and had great texture. The nigiri were delicious, but be warned that the wasabi used in the nigiri will fill your nostrils and open them up. The wasabi was high grade and you could tell because it was spicy in the traditional sense but almost spicy in the same way that a strong mint would open canals you didn't think you had. We also got the tempura udon which was also delicious. The udon broth was rich and the tempura comes with battered shrimp, eggplant, sweet potato and asparagus.

Overall will continue to frequent. 5/5

Food is great, love the salt and pepper appetizer (you can ask for extra spicy 🔥) a lot of interesting sushi options. Haven't explored a lot of the menu because we stick with our usual order. The mixed drinks tend to be on the sweeter side which I'm not a fan of, but depending on the bartender they can modify to taste. Def check it out

If you’re looking to have some sushi that slaps, then this is the place for you! I really enjoyed the sushi although I would’ve liked for them to have more pieces for the price of the sushi. The gyoza is also delicious! I would love to come back and eat inside the establishment. Overall, I really enjoyed finding good sushi here especially because I’ve lived in Florida and have had some incredible sushi experiences there.

We took a group of 15 people there for a family meal a while ago. My teriyaki salmon came out all wrong, it was burnt and I suspected they forgot the sauce, maybe there were too many of us. However the manager took care of it. Also, the servers were super nice and the atmosphere was lovely. Hence the five star rating.

Went here once back in undergrad as a celebration for finishing finals. It was amazing back then. Went back here last week to catch up with a friend. Gotta say, it's still amazing but a bit pricier. Food is amazing, and the atmosphere is just as good. Service was great as well 👍

Some downsides are that prices have definitely gone up since a few years ago (however the lunch bento box special is an AMAZING deal and what is seen in my pictures) and that you gotta find your own parking. There is a decent amount of street parking nearby on the weekends, but I heard it's best to avoid this place on Saturday nights as they are packes.

Have never had a bad experience with Fuji. Takeout, Dine-in, and Delivery never fails to impress. Great for any occasion, from a date night out to dining out with kids.
Food is exceptional, but a little on the pricey side.
Delivery is always faster than the estimates.
Dine-in service is friendly, prompt, and accurate.

Fresh sushi!! Classic Maki rolls but make sure to try the "Special" Maki rolls. Very creative amd long list of sushi rolls ... you'll need to visit more than once! I always have the Lychee Martini, never disappoints! Attentive wait staff and quick seating even on a busy night.

The food in this place is awesome mixed with a great staff. If you like sushi with options this place is for you. Their menu is very well put together and easy to read. If you need any help the staff is more than helpful to answer any questions. My daughter a first time sushi eater who also doesn’t eat seafood says she loved it. That’s all I need. I’ll be returning soon. Dragon Roll, Cali Roll, Chicken Katsu, Pork Dumplings with Pineapple Rice. Washed down with the Leche Martini yums...

Had a fantastic dinner at Fuji at WoC. We’ve gotten takeout here, but this was our first time dining at the restaurant. Our server, Sarah was wonderful and such a delight. We loved the Hot Tamale roll and the Secret to Successful. Will definitely be back!!
