Beltone Hearing Care Center

The staff was great! This is my second set of hearing aids. The information that I received this time compared to the first time it is as different in night and day. I will be able to manage my hearing aids and my hearing, so much better. I would be willing to recommend the Bristol, Virginia location to everyone.

Wonderful people, treated me very well. Kind folks at this office. Front office was very nice also. GOOD PLACE FOR HEARING.

Although somewhat inconvenient to only have Tuesday and Thursday office hours, the Hearing Instrument Specialists at Nu have been just stellar! My mother has severe hearing loss and could never get enough power at a competitor in anything she could afford. Nu worked with her and her insurance and found the best option that has made worlds of difference!

Craig Haltom is passionate about his work; he is terrific at explaining what hearing aids do and the best options for you. They have an incredible policy that allows you to try the hearing aids for 30 days to make sure you are totally comfortable and happy with them before you pay for them. And they are very accessible for making adjustments or helping in any way! I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good about Nu-Hearing center! Dr. Haltom is incredible! The entire staff is friendly and professional! They made me feel like their number one client from the very moment I called them for an appointment. The hearing evaluation was very simple, educational, and the diagnosis proved to be completely accurate. There were no pressure sales tactics used at all in explaining my options to purchase hearing aids. In fact, I could have been easily convinced to spend more than necessary, but Dr. Haltom assured me that a lower priced pair would secure my needs adequately! Their commitment to service through my experience was beyond any other and I’m am very genuine to recommend Nu-Hearing to anybody! I still believe I’m their number one client!

After two years, I was desperate to seek help as my hearing was going down even more. The waiting through Covid-19 was scary enough and I knew that I had to go out and get tested and see how much I was ready to hear again. Checking in, with Medicare to set the first appointment and going through the testing was a breeze. Trial went well and I love these rechargable hearing aids. I already experienced too much noise and had to put them on calm as people who were trying to visit with everyone at the same time. It took the people who were farthest away lower and I could manage my own little group and not have to bow out of the conversation.
Everyone in the office was so concerned about doing the best to serve my difficulty. If I need to check out anything, they have invited me to call them anytime. Service with a smile. 😊

Excellent place to get your hearing and aids checked. These gals really know their stuff and are very sweet and professional! Lindsey took care of me and solved a problem I was having for months! Highly recommend!! Definitely the BEST place in Bristol!!

I think this is the Best hearing aid Center! Craig cares about his patients. He is real. He doesn't use a speech, or sound like a computer. He interacts depending on the person. I know this from the times I have been in the waiting room and hearing him with the other patients. I also like the woman at the front window. Craig takes time to listen and answer all questions that a have. If you want quality care, Nu-Hearing Center.

My experience with Belltone Bristol has been outstanding! From the first call for a hearing test to each subsequent visit, I have found the entire staff to be professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. My hearing aids work so well that the volume of the TV and the car radio is half of what it was...(much to the relief of my wife). The multiple settings and having them paired with my smart phone for self-adjustments is fantastic. When I accidentally damaged one to where it didn't work properly John and Amanda were great getting them sent back for repair promptly with a quick turn around - at no charge!

I had gone elsewhere and was told that they could not help for my situation. I was discouraged but then went to Beltone for their free hearing exam after seeing online on facebook and doing that online exam. What a blessing that i saw that ad and called the office. Kim answered and immediately made me feel like this was home. Now i am home with Clark, Bill, Drew, Kim, Amanda and all the wonderful ive either spoken to or met and my life is so overwhelmingly beautiful now i cant believe it. I cried the moment i heard my husbands voice and again when i could each of my 6 grandchildren. I cant stress enough this is. Thank God for Beltone and you all there. Please do yourself a favor and see and HEAR the wonderful gift of God they can provide any and all who need help. I know that because i know they would never give less than there absolute all and have all the knowledge and the technology to make you happy like me. Everyone is so courteous and professional, but welcoming like i am family. My life is extremely better. Thank you!

I really love this place. Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable. I am very confident going to him. I know he is honest and doesn't try to force you to buy any of his products. I recommend him if you need help with your hearing.

I bought my Widex hearing aids from Nu-Hearing in 2012. What a difference they have made. My wife says they were the best gift I could ever give her. I use the TV-Dex device to listen to the TV. Before I had to turn the volume up so much, my wife would leave the room. I use the phone Dex to hear phone calls in both ears. It's great. The best part is the service. Anytime I've had a problem they make time for me and solve the issue.

Craig is awesome. He takes time to explain things to you and is very patient and helpful with any questions or concerns. I would not trust my hearing to anyone else.
