Honda of Danville Service Center

Great service as always! Have nice area for customers to wait while vehicle is being serviced. Also, offer a shuttle if you’d like to go shopping or to a restaurant. Then I and other customers appreciate them providing free snacks for their customers: bottled water, soft drinks, nabs, chips, popcorn, etc. They get five stars in my book!!!

Ordered some Weather tech maps, they came in, didn't fit, had to reorder, will have to wait and see...

Professional, yet personable staff, caring, efficient and through. Their service and attention superior.
It was my 1st time there and I WILL Return. I had been trying to get my auto it's annual state inspection at the place I normally use for OVER 2 weeks. I had made appointments, but upon arrival neither of their 2 inspectors available. On Friday, it was suggested I try again Monday. That was NOT an acceptable solution, especially since there was NO Guarantee I could get the inspection on Monday. The main problem was Monday put me into a new month. My sticker would be out of compliance with state mandates, AND I ran the risk of getting a ticket. I did Google search and began calling places all over my area. They were either about to close and not open on Saturday, too late in day to get it done on Friday, and Saturday NOT an option, OR their inspector booked up because they only have ONE inspector.
When I called Steve Padgett Honda, they were friendly and reassuring. I was told "no problem, bring it in tomorrow before 5 and we'll get it done". The wait was a little lengthy, but LESS than my usual wait time WITH an Appointment at the other establishment. At the end,, I was presented with a "booklet" which detailed EVERYTHING that was checked and included a complete report on it.
Their work area was clean, tidy, well organized. The waiting area, clean comfortable, refreshments available as well as an area for children and an area they call "The Quiet Lounge".
It was a VERY Pleasant experience and I HIGHLY recommend Steve Padgett Honda.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this staff is. I have only dealt with the service department as I purchased my Honda elsewhere but I won’t be going anywhere else. Tracey is my go to guy for all things service. He’s personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and really goes above and beyond for the customer. I know when it’s time to bring my car in I can call and Tracey will get me taken care of. Thanks to the entire staff here. I hope the owner is reading this. If so, you have a freaking ALL STAR TEAM. Tracey, thank you again so so much. I’ll be seeing you guys in about 6500 miles!! 😃😃

Complete timing for service was good today. With us driving 60 miles one way. Always get good information about services which is needed in future on my car from Tracey. He is very helpful, and if I have questions pertaining to services.

I was here on 08/22 an 9/13/22 oh my KaShaun Johnson he really is amazing he’s nothing but the truth if he can’t get you approved he going to be honest an up front he’s not like some salesman it’s not just about selling a car to him he genuinely care about the customers an I promise you he really looked out for my 18 year old daughter an for that I’m truly grateful. Great experience. Trade in value and new car price as stated three days earlier. Paperwork was ready with little wait time. Car was prepared and ready to go. My wife was ecstatic with her new Pilot. Great experience. Definitely a return customer and will bring my kids for their first car.

So far I have had a awesome experience with the salesman Mark, and the service crew trying to fix my truck.

This is my goto for my baby. I take my 2017 honda pilot there for all of her needs. They take great care of her and are a great family of welcoming individuals. I do miss the cleanliness of D. their janitorial staff that is no longer there though and I was presented with a toilet I'mnot use to seeing, besides that my man Cameron, is awesome and we can go on and on while he is working with me at the service center. I'm about to save up for my 100k mile service and not worried about spending a penny because their work is fantastic. Once I get more funds I pray to purchase my next pilot from there because my baby needs a sibling. I highly recommend their services, even if you don't have a honda I would inquire if they're able to work on your vehicle. To all car owners that don't think it's important rear differential fluid changes are needed! Any fluid change is needed as they only tell you because it's important to maintain a healthy vehicle just as you would taking a daily vitamin. Best regards from That Guy!.

Service, service, service. With two teen drivers we’re always dealing with car issues. Steve Padgett Honda solves them all — great deal on a new car, super reliable used car, even got us in to fix a fender bender on the same day. Can’t say enough good things about Precision Collision and the whole service department. They really care about doing a good job. Highly recommend.
