Worst post office I have ever been to. I ordered a package to be sent to where I was staying which was a temporary place. My normal mail gets sent to another address. Since I do not have a permanent home right now. So anyway, I ordered a package offline and it was supposed to arrive 12/8/18 , well I had to leave where I was staying, where it was to be sent to, a week before it is supposed to arrive. I go to this post office once to ask someone to put a hold on my package. The lady I spoke with then, seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing or talking about. She told me they would keep it IF they caught it. I thought what do you mean, if you catch it. I know the post office keeps track of every peace of mail that enters and exits that building, they have to. So I know they would know when mine came. So she wrote down my information. I didn't feel like that visit was enough, because I didn't feel like my package would be caught by them. So I went back on this past Friday, the day before it was supposed to arrive. I spoke to a different woman. I told her that I needed to put a hold on my package. They kept thinking I wanted a change of address. I specifically said, hold on my mail coming through there. So she writes down my info, which I am assuming the other woman lost because they didn't have any note of me coming in before. I then ask her for a direct number to call so I can find out if the package has arrived or not. So I call it today and guess what, it is a wrong number. The little automated voice from my phone provider came on and said the number can not be completed as dialed, which means I was given a fake number. I do not think any bit of how they dealt with me and my issue was professional and to give me and fake number, I think she should be written up for that. Because what if my package arrives at the old place I was staying, where it isn't supposed to go and it gets lost or stolen or damaged. I will be holding this post office liable for it.

So I just found the correct number online. I called and the lady I spoke with said that they haven't gotten any packages since Saturday because of the snow. She said everything that came in Saturday morning was sent out. I told her I had came in to out a hold on my package so that I could just come get it there. She just sighs and says as far as I know there is nothing here. Like how about do your job and ask for my name and number and go look to see if you have any packages with that information on it. I am holding this post office responsible if something happens to my package. I will be calling a lawyer about it. This is ridiculous and completely 100 percent unprofessional.

They have been mixing up my mail for over a year now. I have told them to please stop putting my mail in my neighbor's mailbox they continue to do it. They keep putting my neighbor's mail in mine. They have been rude to me several times especially when it's their fault and won't admit it. They tried blaming me making up reasons saying that there are 2 mailboxes with the same number. IT'S TWO SEPARATE LOT NUMBERS same address just different lots and obviously not the same names on the boxes. How do they continue to mix up our mail?
