Done deal is an amazing dealership with very high quality vehicles at reasonable prices to start with. The staff is very professional and accomodating. The owner Serge really does not overprice his cars like other dealerships. The owner is very honest and straighforward and will go the extra mile to make sure the deal works for everyone. I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. What started as a visit to fix my alignment turned into a pleasant surprise—I ended up trading in my car for a new one. The alignment was swiftly and efficiently fixed within 1-2 hours, and during that time, I had the pleasure of discussing my car preferences with Ilya. He introduced me to the 2017 Ford Edge, a vehicle that caught my interest. Upon inspection and a test drive, I was impressed by its impeccable condition as well as by its reasonable pricing.

After contemplating the decision for a couple of days, I approached Ilya with a request for a discount, and to my astonishment, the dealership agreed. Throughout the process of acquiring a new car, I had the pleasure of interacting with other members of the dealership, and each encounter left a positive impression on me. For example, Anna professionally handled the documentation process, while Sergey, the owner, always chatted with me about the current status in a very friendly manner. But of course, to me, the main hero of this place is Ilya, who further took charge of basically everything related to the car, in particular, organizing and overseeing the car preparation process, ensuring that the oil and fluids were changed, the gas tank was filled, new wiper blades were installed, and even the alignment was perfected—all completed within an impressive 24-hour timeframe.

The dealership itself is an inviting space, boasting a beautiful showroom where high-quality cars or their parts are displayed. They have thoughtfully provided a comfortable waiting area for customers, offering complimentary coffee and water. What pleasantly surprised me even more were the various engaging toys and items scattered around the dealership, making it an ideal place for children to explore and stay entertained. It is clear that this place is maintained very carefully and has a piece of the soul of the owner in it.

As someone who has had an enormous number of disappointing experiences with dealerships and mechanics in the past, I must admit that this establishment is on a whole different level. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and friendly staff have left a lasting impression on me. Recently I had a wonderful experience I came from western massachusetts and purchased an Is ford e two fifty pre owned.
In the past I've been in the auto industry. I was dealing with a young lady who was very mature for her age, very professional, really easy to work with. It turns out very humbly. She never told me I had to ask her father. Is the owner!
She's much more mature than others, especially for her. Age, it was a great experience. In fact, I'm going to buy another truck from them. That's how good it was thank you!

The smoothest and most efficient car purchase ever! I called Done Deal Motors on Monday to inquire about a Range Rover they had for sale. My excellent salesman, Nick M., took the time tell me about the vehicle, familiarized with their process for out of state buyers and communicated with me through each step of the way. Nick even took the time to personally take photos of my choosing and sent them via text. By Wednesday morning (9/15/21), I had a beautiful 2018 Range Rover in my driveway. Oh, did I forget to mention that they delivered it to me in Maryland!!! Great experience, ask for Nick.

Bought my third car a Bimmer 2016 320i and overall buying experience was the great. There was no pressure to do the business even after test drive and was left free to decide. Prices were already down to a least negotiation level but still managed to get some discount ;-) Delivery was swift with a clean, shiny vehicle from inside and out. My car is running smooth without any issues so far and I strongly recommend to try Done Deal and I will surely be be back to do business again with them.

I bought a pickup truck from Done Deal motors not long ago and had a great experience. Sasha was super helpful and made the experience of buying my first car really smooth and painless. I expected it to be a huge process but in the end I did some paper work and then she, and the rest of the team took care of the rest for me. I was given a good run down of the car and all its features and went on a test ride. The car has been fantastic and I haven’t had any problems with it and considering the market for pickup trucks I got a fantastic deal. Sergey and Sasha were a huge help and assured me that if I have any problems they’d be happy to work with me and help out. I’ve been nothing but pleased and will definitely be coming back for my next car. I would strongly recommend them to everyone. It can be hard to tell if dealerships are trying to screw you over but that wasn’t the case here. Throughout the whole process they were very transparent and walked me through everything. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Done Deal recently and was highly surprised by the friendliness and no pressure atmosphere. I simply showed up and they slapped a plate on the vehicle I was interested in and away I went- they only asked that I have it back before they close.

speaking of closing - all the staff are of the same ilk- no pressure, but they will talk to you about extended warranties (I did buy one) and financing, but no pressure to buy anything you don't want.

I'd also like to thank Demetri and his crew for trying to get this sale completed before the weekend. Car was spotless and ready with the plate on it before we even completed the paperwork!

I found them on CarGurus and I looked them up I read some of the reviews and I can relate about the rudeness cause I can admit the general manager is very rude and he shouldn’t be like that people are coming to buy and have a great car experience you loose business like that not cool on a good note I was not going to let him steal my joy in buying a car I gave five stars because Nick my sales representative was AMAZING!!!!!! he made my experience go so good I would recommend him to anyone Go see Nick he didn’t pressure me or anything listen hands down the best great price and I love my new car. I had the Opportunity to meet Nick at the Dealership very nice gentleman he doesn’t smile much but he’s very patient and takes time to go through all available options with u if you’re financing. Fantastic dealership! We found a van online we wanted from here and they were easy to work with and had great communication. Any paperwork we had to do was next day aired to us and the deal went smoothly. We got a fair amount for our trade in and I thought the delivery fee (which included the trade in pick up) was very reasonable. The actual van is in great shape for its mileage and I can tell they took some time to clean out to vehicle nicely. After going to a different Auto Store in Avon, only to find the car we wanted to see was sold, we discoved Done Deal Motors. We found the car we were looking for and purchased a 2013 Chevy Suburban. Nick was very helpful and patient with the paperwork as we weren't quite prepared being from out of state. The car was sparkling clean and honestly looks new. But being an older car a few questions have come up and we are glad to say this dealer helps us find the answers.
