Rocky's Ace Hardware

I’m a huge fan of Rocky’s, today had a problem with a purchase, nothing at all their fault. But ran back and the young lady was over the top making things right. Was a fan before, but now, after this, I will ALWAYS stop there first! Highly recommended!!!

This has to be the biggest and best Ace Hardware store I’ve ever been to. Huge selection and great employees to guide you to you the items your searching for. It’s a great store.

I’m always greeted in a professional manner. The staff knows where pretty much everything in the store is located. You can go in and say things like “I need a whatchamacallit that goes on a thingamajig” and they’ll be able to ask the right questions to help you solve your problem. Much better knowledge and service than either of the big box stores.

I need to come here more often. The service is phenomenal. Greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The team has always been helpful. I really couldn't tell you if their prices are higher than say a Lowes or a Home Depot but I get the feeling of stepping into a family run hardware store and it feels good.

I'd rather stop by here instead of Home Depot or Lowe's.
Better customer service, smaller, easier to locate items and veterans discount!

I bought filters for my AC here and they were defective. When I realized that, I came back with one of them cause the other two were thrown away. When I showed them the filter, they were flabbergasted with me and were so kind and cooperative in helping resolve the isssue. Not only did they credit me back for the defective filters after months of purchasing and I didn’t have the receipt anymore, they were able to find the receipt for me and credited me back for ALL three of them! They also said they would notify the manufacturer. All I have to say is Wow! What amazing, cooperative, and kind service!! Thank you so much to this Ace hardware store!!!

The best part is any employee has the knowledge of all products available to us.
Small store with personal services. Nothing like the big box stores. Any employee can help you with your needs. From cutting keys to mixing paint this is Ace. Of course you may pay about 10-20% more, but well worth the money. Remember Ace will get you in and out in a few minutes. You don't have to wonder the isles looking for someone to help you. Go there and be amazed at how easily the store flows.

Nothing like the big "Box" stores.
You go in, tell the people what you're looking for and that person will be happy 😊 to take you right to the items. Any person can cut keys help with picking out nuts and bolts, find the right size filters and ring up your purchase. You may pay a more, but your in and out very fast
Friendly staffing and quick response to your questions and needs.

Never a problem finding someone who knows what he/she is talking about and available to help. Not like the big Orange or Blue stores. Although small by comparison, they have what you need for 90% of you projects. I've bought things from a chainsaw to paint for the entire house to a handful of screws. Place has the feel of a classic hardware store. Highly recommended.

This is a great hardware store. I always try to support the smaller businesses in town and with the Depot and Lowe's down the street, I still prefer to come here. Always friendly staff and they usually have what I want at a decent price.

Very friendly and helpful. They helped with my key fob. I like the convenience of having them next door too.

This is a great Ace Hardware. Everything is easy to find. They have a huge selection of specialty fasteners that you will never find at Lowes or Depot. And if you watch for the sales you can get a better price on many items compared to the big box stores. I purchased a Toro lithium powered weed eater and had to return it only a few days later because the charger was defective. They were more than friendly and handed me a brand new weed eater. Highly recommend for your essential hardware needs.

Just purchased a Stihl chainsaw. These guys are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as opposed to The Big Box store. Great experience! This will be my new go-to place from now on.

This particular ACE/Rockey's Hardware store ranks right up there with all the other ACE stores around. I personally find all of them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & highly focused on each & ever customer that walks through their door.
I rarely need any help, being that I own my own business that specializes in home improvement, remodeling, & handyman type work... BUT, I'm ALWAYS asked if I need a hand with anything; which is always nice. Bottom line is they go out of there way to make you feel like your the only customer in the store, & they're there for ya!
For years, I always went to Home Depot or Lowes. But, after stopping in ACE about 6 months ago, for the 1st time in years, I try to avoid the big box guys & seek out my closest ACE, when I'm at a job & need something on the fly.
I can't compliment them enough. But, I will stop rambling on, in this review.....

I went to the Stuart location. I wasn't sure where the item I wanted would be located. I asked an associate, and he just didn't tell me where, but took me there. Definitely helpful! Never disappointed when I go to a Rocky's.

I took a friend to get a key made and unfortunately they did not have the proper key blank available.

But the staff was friendly, professional and very apologetic that they were unable to fulfill his request.

Great store love it. Customer service was amazing she rang me up fast and even walked me out and helped me load my soil in the truck. Love that store.
