Local hardware store carries most of the items the big box stores do, but are closer to my home. Helpful staff. Also you can rent equipment at this location.

I needed a 2" trailer ball with the receiver. As I walked in, an employee saw that my head was turning everywhere, looking around. He took me to the aisle and pointed them out. He then searched for the exact item I asked for, and off I went. Great service.

Lance and his staff has always gone above and beyond. In post pandemic times it is hard to find a company and personnel for that matter, that makes a customer feel like they are the most important person in the world,but that's just what they do! My business has bought numerous pieces of equipment from Lowery's True Value. From tractors, trailers, mowers and several pieces of Stihl 2 cycle equipment.
I truly appreciate the Platinum Customer Service that I receive from you.

Picked up a 2020 ZTX 52 today. Keith in Sales & Matt one of techs staff were more than acommadating after deciding to upgrade my purchase before closing the sale.

had great experience with my new Gravely hd mower . I took it in to have the first service and I live 30-45 minutes away and was concerned about finding time to pick it back up as I work a lot of hours. Young guy at service counter checked me in on weds. and I asked if I could possibly pick it up Friday before work. The mechanic was also standing there and he said I have one I am doing now and will get on yours give me 2 hours . So I went to the Dade battle field as I had never been . they called me 45 minutes later and said I was ready. I pulled up with my truck and trailer I went to pull the mower around to my truck and as the mechanic was walking by to do something else he lowered my ramp on my trailer and went on to do other work. In todays world to get service like that from 2 guys in their 20's is not common. Fantastic job . and the purchase of the mower was just as good !

I wanted to update this as it's been awhile since I have done so.

This store continues to respect customer service. Even though there have been several employee changes recently, the managers of this store seem to put customer satisfaction first. Ed, the service manager, went out of his way to correct a problem I had recently. Great place to shop!

I purchase all of my parts for my lawn equipment from these people. Yes, you may pay a little more than you do from someone online but the advise they offer when purchasing parts far makes up for that. The only improvement that I think would make this place better is if the rental equipment wasn't in the main part of the store. It's kind of confusing as to sales vs rental where they are located. Employees are very helpful, would give them higher than 5, if possible!

I live locally and love this store. They always have everything I need, like parts for my Gravely zero-turn that I bought from them. I woke up without water today and they had the name brand well pressure switch I needed for cheaper than a box store. I woke up without air-conditioning another day and they had the capacitor I need to do the repair.
I test drove several brands of zero-turns from different dealers. For the money, my Gravely (ZTHD 60) was a much nicer and beefier for the money than the equivalent price point Scag, Toro, Bad Boy, Cub Cadet and Husky. Plus, they will pick it up for free and fix it when it's under warranty. No regrets, my next mower will be from them if the one I have ever needs replaced. I was pretty set on a Scag until I drove both and compared them. Gravely was the clear winner (for $5K in 2019).

Best Customer service anywhere. Very friendly.Helpfulness is Wonderful. Everyone is always polite answers questions. Can't say enough about the Wonderful Staff.
