Great place for fresh seafood!
We went here for the first time after a day at the beach.
We were sat immediately. They have a nice selection on the menu. I would have loved to have ordered 10 different things!
We got the crab legs and the calamari as appetizers. The crab legs are expensive, but they were fresh and very good. The calamari was also very good! I’ve had a lot and this was right up there. We polished it all off between the 3 of us.
For dinner, it was hard to choose, so I ordered “The Plate of the Day” from the specials menu. It has a little bit of everything. It was excellent! The yellowtail snapper was crusted with yuca, sweet potato, and horseradish. It also came with a side of the spaghetti with melted mozzarella on top, 3 fried shrimp, and a side of the spinach salad. Everything was excellent! I’d order it again. The fish was delicious!
My sister ordered the swordfish. It came with 2 sides. She got the steamed vegetables of the day (zucchini and yellow squash) and fries. It was excellent and she ate it all.
My nephew ordered the “honey-dipped” chicken wings. He loved them, but they did not taste like they were dipped in honey. They were just regular breaded, deep-fried wings. But they were really good.
We didn’t have room for dessert. But ordered a piece of key lime pie to go. But, the waitress never brought it and my sister forgot about it and we left without it. 🤦‍♀ Our fault! We drove from Miami. I would definitely go back again the next time I’m up.

Delicious seafood place. I had the Snapper, which I think it is the best on their menu, and my husband had mixed grill. The price was responsible, and the place had a very nice outside patio in case you like to sit outside.

Amazing food and average price.
We were looking for a place to eat seafood and this place was opened on a Monday, which was a gift. Special mention to the Portuguese pot soup (in picture). Beyond yummy

Highly recommend. All of the food we had was wonderful. The atmosphere was great, service was awesome, well worth the money, food was hot, and lots of it. Will be back if ever in the area again. I highly recommend the conch fritters. It was our first time trying them, and we all loved them. We ordered the fisherman's stew, seafood salad sandwich, bang bang shrimp salad (special for the day), and Mahi Mahi fingers.

Really great food. The mussels in the butter sauce is very tasty. Clam chowder was amazing! Best I’ve had in a while. The jumbo shrimp was cooked well. Definitely going again.

Craving seafood?? Look no further! My oh my, it did NOT disappoint! Very casual, and chill atmosphere. I didn’t think the food would be as wonderful as it was! One of the food specials for the day was lobster bites with 2 sides, and omg those bites….I can’t get over how delicious they were. My husband got the fisherman’s stew and I wish I would have taken a picture of how big this plate was! It was basically a huge bowl of all the seafood in a deliciously perfectly spiced broth. Prices were reasonable for a seafood joint in Jupiter. And service was incredible! From our server to other servers to the bussers, everyone was busting their tails and doing an awesome job staying on top of empty drinks to dirty plates on your table. Fun fact: Wednesdays are 1/2 price wines… you’re welcome;)

Parking is a bit limited in the front and kinda confusing but we parked in the back and there were plenty of spots.

Lastly, very kid friendly with a full kids menu and activity sheet with crayons included!

Great dishes and services. The IPGA was very okay for an IPA.

Possibly one of the better cheeseburgers i have ever had. Indoor seating, outdoor covered seating and outdoor seating. Wife had a scallop and shimp salad, very small portion for the price, but over a good choice. I would come again to this place

We saw a Facebook post about how good the food is at Schooners. We're Florida Keys natives, so we're kinda picky about our seafood. We went for lunch and I ordered the Fisherman's Stew. It was a HUGE portion and chock-full of fish, scallops, shrimp, mussels, and more. The broth was to die for, with yummy toasted garlic bread for dipping. I would definitely get this again, maybe to share with someone. It's a lot for one person to eat. My husband got a bowl of the conch chowder - again, more than he could finish, and really delicious. We also tried the conch bites, which were good, but not as good as the other things we tried. We'd love to see Schooners offer a cracked conch option in addition to the small bites.

The prices are reasonable, the service is prompt and friendly, and while the ambiance is not the most spectacular, it's nice enough. It's typical old-school Florida seafood restaurant decor. There were other menu recommendations in the same FB post that we didn't have room to try (like the Chef Louie Salad), so we definitely plan to go back!

We loved everything about this place! We came to Jupiter to visit Dubois Park, and decided to stay for a bite to eat. We were not disappointed. Our waitress was outstanding, food was delightful, and atmosphere was inviting. We will eat here again and again. Our new favorite!

This is always our local Jup spot to grab some great food and drinks after the beach. Dogs can chill outside, nice AC inside to cool off and enjoy a great meal. Worth the trip and money. All other places nearby have wait times and crazy expensive menus for medicore food. NOT HERE!!! We love Schooners! Thanks again- Heil Family.

Great restaurant for kids. My son loved their french fries. Fast and efficient service. The lobster roll was delicious.

is the best seafood restaurant in Jupiter for the last 30 years! The bridge is killing their business, and probably all the other restaurants along A1A. Please, please stop in and let's keep this old Florida Institution alive!

Schooners was tied for first place among restaurants that we visited in our groups tour of unique restaurants around the greater west palm area. Laid back, pleasant atmosphere that gave a local, casual feel to any visitor. Open air seating and quaint atmosphere lends itself to an evening of culinary, seafood indulgences. Their snapper and mahi are delectable, their portions ample and their staff very friending and interactive. This is a great place for friends, parties and gatherings. We all left feeling relaxed and well satiated. This family seafood restaurant should top most any list in the vicinity...

The food was just simply amazing, presentation was excellent. It's on the pricey side but I thought everything is worth it. Nice interior, spacious too. Prompt service and most of all excellent food!

Great place—friendly atmosphere and great food. If something has been the menu for over 30 years you have to try it, the fisherman stew! Loads of seafood and just the right spice. Go here now and enjoy.

The food was delicious and the prices were very fair for the quality and quantity on the plate. The Orange crush drink special was an added bonus. The service was excellent. It was my first time here but it certainly won't be my last!

Lunch reunion of friends and family. Staff was delightful and food oh so tasty.

I had the Chipotle seafood soup which was loaded with flavor and seafood with great garlic toast on the side. My wife had the fresh Mahi tacos which were also outstanding. Fair prices and good service from Diane.

Fantastic! Good is fresh, delicious and served hot. My husband loved the lobster roll including the bread it was on. My fried scallops were cooked perfectly and not overly breaded. Great place!
