I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes not even two minutes of walking in someone was there asking if I needed any help. Great customer service.

The young lady that helped me Adamary Rojas is a very nice person. She helped me get what I needed a washer and dryer in a timely manner! She has great customer service skills answered all my questions. My overall experience with my purchase with her was great I am one satisfied customer. I recommend her if you go into shop at Badcock in Wauchula!

I received excellent customer service today at Badcock from Mike. He went above and beyond to check if the purchase I wanted came in the color blue, how I could decorate around the furniture with the extra pieces available and why gray was a very popular color. And with that said I decided on the gray and would incorporate blue pillows. Looking forward to receive my furniture.

We just moved to town when we had a death in our family. In addition to unpacking and getting settled now we’re hosting family from Texas. This left us scrambling at the last-minute for sleeping furniture to keep our guests comfortable. To make this time even more trying, all of this was at the beginning of the pandemic when many retailers were closing. We were so glad that they were still open! Jan was a delight! We went in looking for a queen size bed, and she helped us find one that we loved! We needed to have the bed delivered before our guests arrived later that evening. Jan explained that the delivery truck was already out. Then she went above and beyond for us; she and her husband personally delivered and set up the bed that afternoon when they closed! Words cannot adequately express how grateful we are for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for us during an incredibly trying time. We’ll definitely be back to finish furnishing our new home!!

I have bought a few larger purchases from here, on account, and quite a bit outright, with cash. It does not matter what type of purchase, I am always treated with respect and courtesy. I met the female owner approximately 2 months ago and she was right there with her employee, helping out. I like an owner who does not act like they are better than their staff. As you can tell, I give this particular store 5 stars!!!!

Stopped in on the quick to check out a sofa. My wife Moira, insisted. While I'm there I meet an old friend from a long time ago the franchise owner of the Wauchula Badcock Mr. Matt Dillon. He started from the ground up. He is now the owner. The American Dream is still alive and well.
And you know I had to get that sofa.... Great price, Great quality, and my wife, well she insisted.
