Had the best vehicle purchase experience with my sales manager Pat and sale person Michael. Mike usually sales GM vehicles for Garber Automall but he went the extra mile to help my wife and I. All the staff that we had encountered were all very nice and accommodating. We had the best customer service that we have ever had at a dealership!!!! Hi my name is Richard. I waited two years to get the truck I wanted and I searched every dodged dealership in Jacksonville. Then I talked to a salesman art Garber. His name is Max. But as Fate would have it when I drove up to Garber he was unavailable. Then I was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Martin. He greeted me instantly and put me in my dream truck. Martin was very informative and made sure he listened to what I wanted in a truck. I have had my truck now for one week exactly and I couldn't be happier. So for anyone that reads this review. Trust me, go to Garber Automall for your next vehicle and talk to Martin in the Chrysler building. You can't beat the warranty. Also want to throw a shout out to the sales manager for making the paperwork a breeze.

I would like to give a BIG thanks to Garber Auto Mall Buick!  And I would like to thank the many sales consultants: Tom, Joel, Ryan, and Verlin, the sales manager: Stephen, and the finance manager: Mike.  This was the best car buying experience I had from my many experiences.  I saw the car I wanted online, and they messaged me the details, I was able to get a trade estimate online, as well as qualify for financing.  Once everything was a go, all I had to do was come in, test drive the vehicle, and finalize all the necessary paperwork, then I drove away!  Not to mention, everyone was friendly and helpful, and no slick sales tactics—which made this experience go as smooth as butter.  Again, thank you Garber Auto Mall Buick!

By far best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer Shea was a stellar sales person. I saw the Jeep online on Friday afternoon (knowing it wouldn’t last more than a day online) and scheduled an appointment for first thing Saturday morning, since we are 1.5 hours away. Jennifer kept me in the loop at close of business to confirm Jeep hadn’t been sold, so we could drive up knowing we were first in line to purchase. Deal was simple and straight forward. No back and forth haggling. Jennifer was great and personable. We left the dealership in a new-to-us Jeep and a HUGE smile. Will recommend Jennifer Shea and Garber Automall to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Purchased my wife’s Jeep here. Great dealership. Sales team was not pushy at all and helped make sure she got the vehicle she wanted (Wrangler High Altitude 4xe with 1 touch). Jarred was great.

I had a great experience again. Jennifer helped with every step. As a repeat customer, I believe the customer service has gotten better. Jennifer helped me make my decisions a whole lot easier for a smooth purchase. She doesn't push options like other salesmen do. I have been working with Jenn Shea, at Garber Auto Mall, since April 2023 to get a Ford Maverick. After looking everywhere for on in my price range, I decided to order from the factory. Jenn has kept me posted every step since then and, I think was as excited as I'm was when she contacted me on Monday to tell me that my Maverick had arrived!! My wife and I went to pick it up today and all I can say was, WOW! what a great experience. It was a long ride going from opportunity to order, getting the order in, waiting for build and shipment - but Tom Hyde (and the Garber team) were with me every step of the way- 13 ish months later - they delivered my Chrysler 300C. Car is beautiful, transaction today painless and easy, and the crew just as excited as me for this great piece of machinery!!

As a senior woman desiring to downsize from a Ford Explorer that became to large and heavy to drive, I found a Buick Encore on the lot that appeared would fit my needs. When I walked into the showroom, I was immediately and warmly greeted by Martin Mark and after I explained my situation, offered to accompany me to test drive the Encore. While on our test drive, we discussed the features of the vehicle as well as the challenges of trading in the Explorer. After having a complete understanding of my concerns as well as needs, especially that of feeling safe and secure in a more compact vehicle, Martin proceeded to make the process of trading in my Explorer a positive experience. Along the trade-in and financial process Martin assured that I understood everything , in order for me to feel confident in the decision to move forward with the trade-in. Once my final decision was made, I was directed to Tony to complete the rest of transaction. He also provided thorough explanations regarding what I was signing.
