Fujiyama Japanese Steak House

Good and Fast. Not a big place but has some of the best hibachi I've had. Not super expensive either. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Honestly the best hibachi and the BEST white sauce. Their sushi is so good, and the people there are the absolute sweetest humans ever. A small space, but they do well with the space they have. Love love love!

Very, very good food! We had the house salad, delicious creamy ginger dressing. Edemama was yummy! Godzilla roll was amazing! Great server! Don’t let the outside of the place fool ya!

Stopped in for dinner while in the area. Food and service were great. We ordered the hibachi and sushi, both were fresh and very good. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. Will definitely return when the opportunity arises.

I'm a truck driver and have I've literally eaten in almost every state in the U.S.! This by far is one of the best Japanese restaurants that I've ever had. The house salad was cool, crisp and fresh. Dressing flavorful and delicious! I ordered the dragon roll which is fried. The outside was thin and crisp as opposed to thick and soft even with the sauce on top. I also ordered the fillet dinner. Tender, juicy and medium; as ordered. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for an honest opinion! Food is bomb!

The food was really good! My daughter loved the steak, rice and noodles. We dined in and the service was fast. Clean well maintained shape. I had the hibachi steak, shrimp, veggies, and rice. It was very good. I loved the white sauce to add on top.

Oh my goodness what a delectable dining option for this area!! The sashimi was the freshest I have had, they had a huge selection of rolls, the miso soup was delicious and we loved the seaweed salad. The service was friendly and efficient. We’ll be back.

Great place to eat. Next the the Loves truck stop and it sure beats Arby’s. Plus this place has 🍺please stop by and get some real food. It’s well worth the stop. Got a nice sushi bar also. Walking distance from the truck stop.

Great sushi in Bushnell Florida!! Who knew! Visiting my God daughter in Bushnell to have dinner and she recommended Fujiyama. I was reluctant at first, but certainly am glad I gave them a chance. I will certainly be back!

Stopped by for lunch today and tried their Filet and Shrimp lunch. It came with a soup or salad, rice or noodles, and vegetables. Serving size was a bit small for $16.95, but everything was delicious! It would be nice if the cook plated without making it look like it was slapped unceremoniously on the plate with splatters. Both times that we've eaten there, the food was just messily splattered on the plate.

Amazing sushi! I was working in town and wanted to try this place since it was in front of our hotel and figured it would be good but wow! It was delicious! Probably one of the best sushi rolls I have had, miso soup was also good. I was really impressed by this place. Staff friendly, place was priced correctly and the food was very good!

Nice small seat restaurant. Food was quick and delicious. Only gripe is with a menu option or lack of, for a sashimi combo in the 15 dollar range.

Fujiyama Japanese Steak House is home to the best food this little town has to offer. The sushi is always fresh, habbachi is flavorful, and the staff attentive and friendly. Top picks from the menu include: the Ocean roll (which is genuinely to die for), clear mushroom soup, miso soup, and the steak habbachi. My friends and I have been coming to this special place for years now and have made so many great memories here. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate or have an intimate dinner, Fujiyama will never disappoint.

I did not expect them to be as good as they are. Their ginger dressing is probably the best I ever had. Sushi was awesome also.

Wow!! This place has the best ginger dressing in the USA.. 🤔🤔 yup it’s up there.. definitely will not be disappointed in the food and price was well worth it!!

Amazing sushi and vegetable hibachi. Will definitely be going back. Staff was so nice. Lance was a great serve and was very nice and will definitely be seeing him again
