Sarah & Jessica are super responsive. Hands down the BEST service I have ever received. They helped me save on my manufactured home and then they called me at my renewal to go over my coverages and financials for the upcoming year and we saved even more money because I upgraded some things around the house, I didn't even know I could get a credit for!!! From my initial inquiry up until I signed and dated my new policy, Jessica was phenomenal! I mean I expect good rates and customer service BUT Jessica EXCEEDED ALL my expectations. She was very thorough with getting me exactly what I needed and then some! But it wasn’t just the rates for me (which were awesome by the way) it was the passion that was very evident that she has for what she does. When I first messaged her about wanting to get a quote, she responded promptly with details, but she ended her message with “I look forward to welcoming you to our family “ Honestly, at that point I was feeling a vibe & I knew we were going to proceed with her and her company (hadn’t even got a quote yet)😆 And I’m so glad I did! S&J Insurance Group is simply the best. Their customer service is out of this world. I had the pleasure to work with Jessica and she was awesome. In two days she had all my policies ready to go to switch over and she saved me hundreds of dollars.
