Crane Lakes

This is one of the top active retirement communities around, the golf course may appear to be short, but unless you are a single digit handicap golfer don't play the back tees you will need extra balls in your bag. There are so many activities to take part in you can't get bored. Give it a serious look if you want to retire and still stay active in Florida.

I didn't go to golf but to eat in their restaurant which is wonderful. On our way to the restaurant we saw quite a few people on the course.

Love this place. I've 800 homes and everything is always well kept. The golf course is immaculate. Par 66 but will kick your butt with the over 30 ponds. Bring enough balls. The restaurant has awesome food at very reasonable prices which is also opened to the public. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Great golf course and pro shop. Beautiful homes. The bar and grill is a good place to have lunch, dinner or a cocktail. 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts, bacci and shuffleboard. It's heaven on earth.

Ponds. Ponds. Ponds. Lost 3 balls. Found 4 balls. Don't be fooled by the par 66. This is a tough track. Use the driver sparingly. Did I mention there are ponds?

Was invited to Florida at a Christmas party. Stayed here a week with friends. Good golf course that emphasizes accuracy instead of distance. Enjoyed the lively bar and restaurant at the club house. Lots of social. Well built homes hurricane rated. Surprised by it all.

We live here and just love the community. Have our own 18 hole golf course and beautiful club house. Also a great restaurant with inside and outside dining. 2 pools, tennis, game room, library, etc. Too much to list.

A wonderful retirement community for anyone 55 years of age and older. Very nice golf course and restaurant. Beautiful community. Very friendly people. Very close to shopping and anything you might need

If you don't mind water you cannot beat the conditions at Crane Lakes fantastic greens a lot of Target golf probably the best conditioned course in the area in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Love golfing here. The pond by the golf cart house is so beautiful Tropical Water Gardens did an amazing job. I booked them to build my pond next month.

Probably the most challenging course in the area. Beautiful course and very tough 1-18.

We work in Crane Lakes almost every week painting homes. A great manufactured home community where golf is played by almost everyone.
