Beach Houses in Paradise

Amazing property and property managers. Great communication, wonderful amenities, and we loved everything that was included in the rental. Having access to the ocean and river side a great perk, too! Little things like coloring books, travel toiletries, and a welcome basket were so appreciated! We will book again!!

Cannot say enough about our stay at Aquarius North - Deserves more than 5 stars. The house was completely stocked with everything you need and more. We arrived to complimentary baskets with sunscreen, snacks, a beach towel and individual travel size toiletries. There was a multitude of paper towels and toilet paper, and spare batteries if needed.The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and spices. The garage had every pieced of equipment for water sports, fishing, beach trips and general fun. There was nothing we could not find if we needed it. Pool was warm and clean. Al stayed in communication the whole time if we had questions. Can't wait to stay again!

My family rented the Nirvana Shores house for a couple of weeks in March ‘23. We came down to join them for a week and had the best time! The house itself is huge and spacious with tons of different areas for kids and adults to hang out together or for alone time.

The beach is perfect. The house provides ALL of the potential beach activities equipment. The boys dug in the sand and used the metal detectors to explore the beach. We fished, we swam, and grilled fresh seafood on the deck in the evenings.

We already booked our trip for next year, and we’re looking forward to visiting this awesome area again and making more memories!

This is year two we have rented a property in Stuart from BHIP. This year’s rental exceeded our expectations! BHIP takes wonderful care of the properties and every amenity is already waiting for you when you arrive. Plus, the property manager is quick to respond whenever you need anything! Cannot say enough great things, we love staying at your properties! Great for families, pet friendly. Very comfortable, all amenities and supplies and extras included.

We recently stayed at the Chateau de la Mer property. It was gorgeous. The house had plenty of room for everyone (12 adults and 1 infant). There was enough space to spread out but also the living space was enough that we could all be together if we wanted to! The house came ready to use- everything from ample towels to a fully stocked kitchen, which made our stay even better. There was so much fun stuff to do- our group used the paddle boards, bikes, snorkels, and kayaks. The pool on the property was fabulous too. We will be back! Plus, this is the view we got to wake up to every morning. Thank you Beach Houses in Paradise!

Well if the first day is any indication of how are stay is going to be, then we truly have found a beach house in paradise. The welcoming was over the top, all the little touches from the welcoming basket, the music, the bedrooms all dolled up. This place is by far the best stocked rental my wife and I have ever stayed in. It has everything indoors and out. Kudos to them.

We stayed at Xanadu with a group of 8 adults and 10 children of varying ages. Everyone had the best experience at the house! The views were unbeatable, and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed. From the first moment of arrival, the house felt clean and comfortable. The robes, slippers, and extra bath towels, as well as beach towels, water shoes, cooking supplies, and stocked coffee and tea station are just a few of the items that were very much appreciated. The river side fire pit and dock was a bonus to having the ocean and beach right out our front door, and the heated plunge pool came in handy when our first few days were chilly for Florida's standards. We enjoyed dolphin watching right from the deck one morning and several beautiful sunsets from the 3rd floor balconies. Al was extremely accommodating throughout the week and even helped with the shipment of an item while we were there (and after we checked out!). We have rented many vacation homes in the past and have never had an easier check-in and check-out process. We can't wait for our next stay with Beach Houses in Paradise!

The house was amazing, roomy, well stocked, and very clean and welcoming! Each room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was never a dull moment with all the kayaks, water tricycle, floaties, putting green, and more. The views are amazing, and we loved having direct access to the beach! This was the perfect place for our family reunion. It was hard to leave this beautiful place!

Such a wonderful stay ! We have stayed with Al and the beach houses every year for 5 years now ! Never disappoints ! We most recently stayed in art at the beach ! It was amazing! We will continue our tradition and hopefully stay at all them homes!

This company is truly amazing! We stayed at Gemini Beach house and it was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 kids. They have literally thought of everything and they are there in no time if you have any issues or questions. The house is an older house (which I loved). It is full of charm and character but has been updated to fulfill all of your needs. It truly is the perfect getaway. You feel like you're in another world. We went kayaking with the dolphins on the river side and walked the beautiful beach on the ocean side. We will be back!

This has been our first ever “house rental” experience with our family, which we annually go to a hotel for our family vacation. With much hesitation to try to get out of our comfort zone, we decided to book “art on the beach house”. We were so pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed it so much that we are currently on our trip, trying to plan another in the next few months here! It truly is a home with hotel service and amenities, and even better in my opinion. We didn’t luck out with the weather, but thankfully the house was so well stocked and prepped for a large family (we have a ton of kids with us ranging from 1 to 16) that we were entertained every minute. From the board games, to the well equipped kitchen, to the incredible art room, to the hot tub we enjoyed at night, the campfire we sat by, to fishing on the dock, literally everything was just so pleasant and STRESS FREE. I just can’t rave enough about this place. It truly is a paradise for us this week and I can’t wait to come back again soon. The incredible management team was so prompt, organized and communicated so efficiently. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will surely be back. It is so nice (and nowadays rare!) to see a company that strives to provide their costumers with such hospitality and comfort.

What an incredible weekend, our Host Al was the best he had both houses fully stocked and ready. I can't wait to make it back and enjoy another weekend in paradise. Kudos to Al for being a great HOST!!!!

AMAZING! Best place we've ever stayed. Al and his team make sure everything is great during your stay. Our family of 7 plus a few friends fit comfortably with room to spare. The amenities are second to none. And the private beach is nice and quiet.
We'll 110% be back next year. I dont plan on looking anywhere else for our vacation home any time soon.

Our crew of golfers just returned from our second trip staying at a BHIP property. This year's house was "Carpe Diem" and was just as spectacular as last year's house "Family Tides". These BHIP managed houses are on a narrow barrier island near Stuart, Florida, surrounded by the ocean and river.

The houses are fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a great beach oriented vacation (linens, towels, water, coffee, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, fire wood for the fire pit, etc., etc.) I can honestly say I've never stayed in such nicely done homes. They are something right out of a travel magazine.

Al, the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a somewhat major plumbing issue last year caused by a failed pump. I notified Al and it was completely fixed by the end of the day. Yes - things do go wrong sometimes, but rest assured they will resolve it promptly in the unlikely event it happens during your stay.

We can't wait for next year's trip to another BHIP property.

We just stayed in the Oceania property. Everything was fantastic. The house was ready for us and well equipped. This is our second time staying with BHIP and we are extremely satisfied with our stays! Thank you Al & team!

What an experience! We stayed at Gemini beach and it was amazing. Love having access to beach and river. The small details make a big difference. Clean and super welcoming. Check out was super easy and Al did everything to make our stay awesome!

We rented "Oceania" and it was outstanding. The location was ideal and the property was immaculate. The property had every amenity you could want. Bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even the helmets and life vests. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, and condiments. Our family enjoyed the stay and we will be recommending this company and property to our friends and family.

Absolutely amazing! Bring food and clothes because everything else is provided! Location is beautiful and quiet, close to amenities. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Could so many positive reviews be too good to be true? No, they are very well deserved. Our house rental was beautifully appointed with many thoughtful and helpful amenities, plenty of space and homey nooks. This management company took so much of the stress and chores away that are usually part of traveling and setting up house.. For us, the home "As good as it gets" really was an experience that was perfect for our family with the most beautiful views on three sides of the house that made us feel like we were on a private island.

Epic family reunion when renting this house and the one next door (Heaven Can’t Wait)! Family from Maryland, Rhode Island and Missouri all enjoyed the many amenities and fab location. Could use a little updating and a little weathered in Spots but otherwise great. So many things right there and Publix is very close by.
