10X Harbour Breeze

Office staff is very helpful and nice the apartments are in better shape then I imagined .a lot of family live here so it's a relaxing environment. Everyone keeps to themselves. Only thing I would say bothers me is parking because There are no assigned spots. Other then that a really nice place to live.

It has been a smooth move in, thanks to Becky, the property manager. She made sure the apartment was ready and made all steps simple to follow. I would also like to mention that I had a small maintenance problem that was taken care of with quickness and efficiency. I'm glad I picked this place.

I’ve lived here over eight years. Becky and all her team have been very supportive and timely on all repairs or any other issues that may arise. Location is really great close to Port Salerno downtown Stewart and Jensen Beach. I’ve never had any issues since I’ve lived here.

It's a pleasant place to live for being next to an elementary school being next-door. Typically that doesn't wake me up, the only annoyance is sometimes on Saturdays you'll wake up to kids screaming at the pool. The train track is very close so you hear train horns a lot, but I personally like the sound of them they aren't so loud to the point it's unbearable. The Airshow is at the airport and that can be annoying when that time comes around, but it was only two days. However, it did shake the entire apartment complex. Otherwise the airport isn't an annoyance. Becky in the office is spectacular. She is always honest with you and always nonconfrontational. When you inform her of an issue with the apartment she makes sure that someone comes and takes a look as soon as possible. She is very understanding and paying rent is easy.

Update: They did fix this problem. Came in and took care of everything and fixed everything. Thank you for getting the problem fixed. Very pleased with the final out come.

I would pick no stars. I been here for fee years well as of Sunday Aug 14 2022 my daughter saw a rat now ive spoken to few Neighbors below me and across the hall they have also had rats bad even in their kids beds!!!! Now ive called 4 times monday left 2 message, Tuesday called left another message, called Wednesday left message also called harbor cay left message called today left message. I have 2 kids with health issues which they are aware of. Not one person has called me back. I guess their residence are not top concerns or priority. And they raising the rent with a rat problem ridiculous

Harbour Breeze is a located in the heart of the best of Stuart, i enjoy the clean common areas and the managing staff that are very happy assist with all matters, Becky at the Office is consistent in her work and together with the maintenance staff keep Habour Breeze a great place to live

Fantastic first apartment! The only reason I moved is because I was leaving town. The property manager was nice through out my whole stay and was a pleasure to work with. Great apartments!

Becky was very professional about what was available and appreciated her help looks like a nice place.

Good, safe community within walking distance of downtown Stuart. You have to harass the property manager for a while to get anything done. They dont fix a lot of problems, even after numerous requests.

This apartment complex is basically one giant roach motel. There is just a constant battle with cockroaches of all kind NON-STOP all year. I haven't gone in our kitchen in months and they occasionally pop up in the bedrooms. The landlord is nice, but they don't seem to be able to do anything about this major pest issues occurring in the complex. On top of that, after renewing our lease because we couldn't afford first last and security on another place, they RAISED the rent! claiming that the property value is improving. I don't understand how that can be with the lack of privacy because of the thin walls, roaches EVERYWHERE, and constant police and ambulance sirens at all hours of the night. But you know, if your cool with all that then this is the place for you.
