Amie is phenomenal. This is my first experience being a homeowner and I’ve had questions from before closing. She is always quick to respond and thorough. I found out a few months into my plan that they’d be cancelling it because of issues we had, and Amie was on it right away to get me a new plan so I’d be covered. She is detail-oriented, friendly, and makes herself available. I’m so lucky to be working with her!

We have a small house fire that was considerable smoke damage lighthouse insurance was amazing within two days ahead of cleaning crew there that was a phenomenal they cleaned every single inch of my home. There's not nothing they didn't do they cleaned all the duct work in my home which is my only question to them that what I did it on my own through Stanley it cost me $1,100 they charge the insurance company $10,000 to clean my ducks which I thought was unbelievable but besides that that's who they hired so that's on them but the damage in my house was well compensated for better than I ever could have asked for they treated me with respect dignity and the best you can possibly ask for an insurance company I thank them so much for expediting and closing out this incident in such a fast manner that I still can't believe it I would recommend lighthouse insurance to anyone who ever asks I really don't have a negative things about them but I don't know where they live or who they dealt with my sister was phenomenal and he just pointed out things that I didn't even see and and everything he said was not a lie it was a truth whenever he said he fixed he fixed whenever he said he would replace he replaced so in my opinion five stars all the way thank you very much for all you've done and the cleaning company I think it was called restoration dirt and it's crew to the phenomenal job cleaning my house they are A plus company in itself
