Whataburger

Despite the crowd, our food was totally accurate. We ordered online, and nothing was missing from our meal. Our man at the front counter was running the place, and everyone was polite. This was a very nice experience and you are able to order a water cup for free. There were even ketchup packets in the bag. Not feeling a drink, you can shake it up. Substitute your soda for a shake, that is. The banana pudding shake hit the spot, even if it was only there for a limited time. Enjoy it while you can.

This location did a great job at serving us. The manager was very quick and kind. I would visit here again for sure.

My husband and I ordered 60 honey butter chicken biscuits for our wedding in November. This Whataburger went above and beyond. They delivered them on time and threw in an extra 20 and a gift card. We were amazed by the customer service for a fast food restaurant!

Burgers were crazy delicious! Our 1st time here and we stopped in for supper on our vacation. Service was great and the one employee that smiled the entire time. I wish I had gotten her name, however, I did comment to her personally about her wonderful smiling face!!

Very friendly, food was prepped fast, brought outside to us, asked if we needed any condiments,brought back what we needed.the ketchup want in lil packets, was in larger than normal tubs , sealed , n brand . The food was fresh, hot , very impressed with flavor of the spicy chicken sandwich. The Onion rings were perfectly cooked. Crispy yet not hard, the Milkshake was good, thick, can eat with a spoon. The Burgers my son in law got had bacon, cheese, other condiments and lettuce, tomatoes too, he said was best thing we had to eat there on the island , we ate at several places b4 then, even higher priced establishments that wasnt impressive. Its a great place to eat and average priced, not as expensive as other places on the tourist island, im assuming thats why other places gouge you on vacations there. I would recommend this place to everyone for a burger or chicken sandwich, especially the onion rings n shakes, you can choose to eat outside,will bring your order out there also, n yes, enjoy the weather, scenes, n even hear some music from other places. They also have umbrellas for protection from sun. Their 1 of better choices than Wendys, n Waffle house.

Great place with exceptional quality of service from employees. Food is similar to major franchises but better.

Fantastic service and great food. The employees are all wonderful.

Ordered drive thru and have to say the service was friendly and seemed a bit quicker than before. They always seem a bit slow, but that's because everything is cooked to order. Food was still hot when I got it home!

Ms. Jackey was awesome. Happy, cheerful, knowledgeable, kind, initiative and graceful to all her customers. This lady needs to be acknowledged for her kind heart and service. God bless you Jackey.

Good old Whataburger, how I've missed you. My favorite, avocado bacon burger plus a little something extra....a Dr. Pepper shake and a strawberry malt. Now to chill on the patio and listen to the ocean while I munch. 😁

In a world where fast food has gone real down hill… This location has excellent customer service and is clean.

This is freaking awesome burger place. Good meat to bun ratio. Clean restaurant. The only thing was, they were short staff. It’s understandable during this time of low unemployment.

This was our first trip to Whataburger. The staff was happy, laughing with each other, and polite to customers. Our food was exactly as displayed on the menu. Better quality than McDonald’s and Hardee’s, with more variety.

Apparently corporate instituted a Spring Break menu which is scaled down form the normal menu. Not a good decision. But Michelle went above and beyond to save a sale in her store. We were happy and she did not have to turn away business. She is a winner!
