Best Buy Outlet – Ocoee

If you need an appliance, this is your place! We needed a fridge for our business, but we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. The store is very easy to navigate, and very neat, but there is a LOT! There are numbers on the wall to help navigate the rows of refrigerators, so make sure to note that if you find one you love. Customer service was good as well. Everyone was very helpful.

They've have great customer service. Came and was greeted and was welcome to look around. All the employee were engaging with other customers which was good. We didn't find what we were looking for but we liked the prices of items there. We'll be back soon.

This Best Buy location is all of the Open Box/scratch and dent products in one warehouse-like location. They are always getting new products all the time. I was very pleased with the washing machine that I purchased. I was in a jam and needed a washing machine asap. I was able to shop around, hassle free, which is nice to look around without pressure to buy.

There was many friendly employees working so when it was time to purchase, the check out time was super quick, and I was able to get same day delivery, which was my main reason for shopping at this location. All items are clearly marked with why it is open box, prices listed on each item, each item is tested before being placed on the sales floor.

With many washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and even TVs to choose from at super low prices, I will definitely shop there again.

It is work the trip out to this location.
They have a 2 week return period, and also offer extended warranty on items.

This was my first experience at this outlet store and I will most definitely be back to upgrade some wearing appliances! They had an amazing selection of appliances that were basically brand new, if you were willing to take them as is, which I was. Great rebates were offered for buying high efficiency items as well as if you were to take them home with you right there. We bought a new washing machine with all the bells and whistles for far less than an inferior washer, with 1 small dent in the side.

HUGE selection of almost anything you could want. My dishwasher is next to be replaced and I'm certainly coming back here.

The staff were helpful, informed and got my washer loaded into my SUV in minutes. Outstanding experience!

Chase was extremely helpful in helping us choose appliances for our kitchen remodel. He was able to answer a lot of questions. Additionally, I do like that they take $50 off of the items if purchased & taken the same day. Great service!

Be warned! This Best Buy is an OUTLET, not a regular store. They only carry cosmetically damaged appliances at lower prices. The employees here are awesome and would love to help you find what you need!

I was greeted at the door and the staff was very nice. I had a few questions to ask and the staff member was very helpful and informative. The prices are really good, especially for their TVs. I did not make a purchase this visit but I will be in the near future

The merchandise has very small dents. The prices are much less than retail. Well worth buying the appliances with a small dents. The staff was very helpful.😇

This is all Raving!!!!! This experience was fantastic. With that being said . There is a sales person working against installation and delivery but we ignored her advice. Thank good. These guys were neat, courteous, polite, respectful of our home. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. This will happen again. Saved 600.00 on this incredible top of the line dishwasher.?

I love this place we were able to find all of the appliances that we needed for our home in one convenient place and we saved a ton of money. We brought our friends and saved them a lot of money too. The staff was very helpful thanks a lot guys. After tending to us as much as they did I think they all deserve a raise.

We love best buy. The Verizon guys there all know us by name as well as the electronics and appliances. We buy everything from them, especially when they are having sales or open box items. Our TV was the best deal ever and we will always come back

This place was fantastic. I went there thinking I knew what I wanted but when I saw an upgraded version on sale for an amazing price, I bought it in just couple of minutes. They financed my deal in 18 months, ran my credit in less than 5 min. They even offer total tech membership powered by geek squad for peace of mind of buying open box. So of something goes wrong, you are covered. Even though we arrived to the store late in the day, almost time to close, they were super professional and treated us very well.
