AutoZone Auto Parts

This is an update to a former post of a few months ago.. I had a poor customer service experience in the store and wrote an angry review as a result. Since then, the manager, Karen, has contacted me to make a personal apology and to explain steps the store has taken to prevent events like mine from happening again. In this day of extreemly poor customer service, this was a welcome and appreciated move on the part of AutoZone. She made several calls before she was able to make contact with me. That showed dedication on her part, and her sincere desire to correct an issue in her store. I give her a full 5 stars for her compassion, concern, and dedication to serving all her customers here in Bushnell. Thank you Karen and AutoZone. I will definately give your store another chance. :-)

The customer service by Marcus was absolutely phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and didn't make me feel like I was an imposition at all with my lack of knowledge. 10/10 would recommend his help!

The sales representative was very helpful. I'm quite disappointed that they carry the spark plug,the oil,the oil filter and battery but not the air filter for a gas powered golf cart.

Needed to purchase an oil dipstick since Walmart broke mine while changing my oil. They did pay for it and replace it but I had to go purchase it since they do not sell them. Are AutoZone here in Bushnell is very clean and well stocked.

My 2019 Mustang battery stopped working due to extensive corrosion from battery acid on the negative terminal. I shopped the stores that carry batteries in the area, looking for the best deal, and Karen was so patient, kind, informative, and helpful that I decided to purchase my battery with them.

The battery arrived the next day and when I went to pick it up we discovered that the port was fused to the terminal, making it very difficult to switch the batteries out. Marcus was assisting with the batter change, he went above and beyond to make sure the battery port was removed from the terminal (it took over an hour and he had the utmost patience the entire time), the terminal was free of corrosion (and was protected against it in the future), and that my battery was installed perfectly in my car.

The staff at this AutoZone location are phenomenal, it's nice to know that ai have a great group of people to help me out with my cars' needs. I'll definitely be visiting this location again whenever I need any parts for either of my cars.

Went in today to get some parts that were needed ASAP. Marcus greeted us at the counter, he was very courteous and efficient. He helped us find what we were looking for and even spoke to my mechanic on the phone to ensure we got what we needed. Although some of the parts weren’t at this location he found them at a different store. He suggested I purchase them before leaving so they would be waiting on me when I arrived. We will definitely be using this store location again!

Robert is an excellent help. Very knowledgeable and good at his job. He went the extra mile to clean all the corrosion residue left behind from the bad battery before installing a new battery for me. I'm a loyal customer because of Robert. ❤

I was in need of parts and came into AutoZone Auto Parts right before closing time and Robert did not hesitate to help! He was very polite and professional! He did not rush me nor did he hesitate to make sure I had everything I needed to replace my rotors, brakes and calipers. He recommended certain tools and the right equipment I needed to make my job easier! I really do appreciate Robert for taking the time to help me in desperate need. Once again thank you. For taking the time out of your day to help me out. Especially when I came in a few minutes before closing time.

I normally do not write reviews, but today I have to thanks Marcus, the Manager at Auto Zone. I needed help because my check engine light came on and I knew Auto Zone had the fix finder. I met Marcus and he assessed that it was the oil pressure switch, which he replaced on the spot. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to run into someone so helpful.
I had a bit more to drive that day, so my nerves calmed down and I drove away confident. Thank you 🙏

Your employee manager named Angela j at store 3824 has gone above and beyond the courtesy of helping me with my vehicle and my trip from Florida to from Tucson Arizona and she is one of the best ones that I ran into in long time her knowledge and credit customer courtesy are well beyond her and my understanding very pleased with her help Me Jesus A Gonzalez P.S. I will gladly visit AutoZone more often.

Stopped at autozone in Bushnell to get break fluid and windshield wiper fluid for my X5 BMW. We popped the hood to check what type brake fluid it took and Ben M. Was outside on a break he came over without us asking and offered his help. He located the type we needed and we followed him inside he asked if we needed anything else I told him and he went and got it for us. At the register he asked if our windshield wipers were good and I said yes but it reminded us our 2019 Ford F 250 needed some. He got them as well. I told him he should get employee of the month so helpful didn’t have to ask him. You just don’t see that anymore. Bravo Ben M. And congratulations Autozone for having such a friendly and helpful young man working for you!!

Your employee Evan was beyond helpful. If all businesses had more people like him it would be great . Hope he’s up for a raise because he deserves one for his customer service

Evan and his fellow teammates were incredibly helpful when all of our dashboard lights started flashing on I-75. He helped us realize it was an alternator issue. Their knowledge of local mechanics was incredibly helpful and went way beyond their job description in assisting us get home.

Amazing customer service! Angela is the best ever!! I was stranded on the side of the road and she was able to get me parts in 10 minutes after making my purchase. Angela rocks!!!

Me and my sister were stranded going on a road trip and Marcus helped us a ton and got us all the parts we needed and was just super nice and helpful.

Yesterday 4/15/23 it was pouring down rain and Angela came outside to run a test on my battery. I came back today 4/16/23 and she replaced my battery. I’m amazed at her customer service she most definitely went above and beyond for me and I wasn’t expecting all the help I received from her. Thank you Ms Angela and AutoZone!

So I just left the AutoZone in Bushnell, FL and dealt with a guy that in my opinion is the true meaning of a servant leader. His customer service was great, he went above and beyond to help me reach my goal of the night which was fixing my lighting issue. I can now go to work with light to guide me. His name is Justin and he is a night shift manager who deserves notice. Thanks Justin.🤝
