Beach Quarters Daytona

I will call this place very acceptable. Great price and a balcony with a beach view. All of the reviews of people complaining are probably rich snobs with impossible standards (like sorry the furniture is outdated, but that doesn't warrant a 1 star review). Because we really liked it there and would go back.

Had a great stay here, will definitely be going back. My kiddos loved it too. Plenty of space for all four of us in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, near the pier and plenty of places to shop or eat at around the area. Always had 2 lifeguards on duty each day on the beach right outside the hotel. Also a great place if you like to go fishing on the beach or Pier. Loved it!!

Very clean it's and older place but was amazing. We loved the layout of the junior suite the beach view staff is very friendly.most definitely coming back again my wife and I did this for our one year anniversary looking forward to coming again. I love the old style but modern. We are greatly satisfied. It's very cozy and the price was great. You don't feel like you are at a hotel more like a home feeling. I really don't know who would say anything bad about this place they definitely didn't stay where we did this place is a certain recommend.

First stay last night was amazing!! even though it is a bit of a older hotel, it is very well kept up for sure and has tons of character , the staff is very polite and amazing! The rooms are gorgeous and literally look like tiny hotel rooms! they have everything you need for someone to even live. I purchased the junior suite and it has its own bedroom ,living room, dining room, kitchen full fridge and stove and coffee maker, oh and of course a bathroom which is beautiful as well. They make sure the bathroom is stocked with plenty of supplies you need . In the living room there is also a couch which pulls out into a bed! It’s just me and my six-year-old and he is having a blast at this hotel I highly recommend!

Stayed there for New Years, everything was amazing. Rooms have full kitchen, cooking utensils, plates, cups etc... The view was great for the sunrise. The staff is AMAZING, the GM April is very nice :) the housekeepers do an amazing job. There were no roaches, the beds were super comfy. The sofa couch is a nice little touch. If you want to stay at a hotel where you will be treated like family I highly recommend Beach Quarters. There's a great fishing pier right next door.

This place is great. We had a good deal online for a short stay and the staff was more than eager to make sure our room was stocked and cleaned everyday. The rooms are huge and the view is unforgettable! It's like having a mini house in one room. Kitchen has full stove and oven a dishwasher and even plates and kitchenware to cook all your food. The only thing I would change here is a new paint job and fully working appliances. Our dishwasher didn't work but that's okay cause we still got hands to clean. The man at the front counter was so friendly and always said good morning to us. Will be returning here as much as possible!

Stayed here for the weekend, there were very mixed reviews so it was kind of worrying but we got there and it was fantastic! while the building was older it was the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in, with the BEST customer service. everyone was so friendly and always asked how we were doing. very sad i can’t remember their names but one lady had black hair with very pretty lashes, and another blonde lady who was working the late night times while we were there on the weekend. they were both super nice and helpful! wonderful place especially for the price! would 100% recommend and stay again!

Bill and his wife are super nice and made us feel like family. They are remodeling the hotel. The lobby and hallways have great murals on the walls . The location and the ocean view is amazing. Can't wait to go back again.

We like to travel local, we live in polk county, Lakeland fl. I've never been to Daytona so my first trip I wanted to stay reasonably priced. I went on groupon and although I'm leary about booking a hotel without seeing good reviews or a personal reference we took a chance and booked. I am absolutely satisfied with our stay. Some places you go to and you just wanna kick back and relax and not be overwhelmed with all new age rules, well this place was just for us. We were welcomed by Bill who showed us the definition of hospitality from the minute we walked in the door. I forgot quarters for the laundry and he made sure my clothes got washed. It was pouring rain out and he made sure I didn't get wet running to my car. My room was on point and myself, my husband and my daughter had a great weekend. I really can't even complain about anything, we sat on our balcony and enjoyed the view and relaxed. The pool area was very clean and kept. Even when it was empty, bill was out there cleaning it up and sanitizing everything. Bottom line, I am impressed and we stay at alot of places throughout the year and I'll say we will be back here within weeks all because of the hospitality we were shown during our stay.... thumbs up bill, keep it up!!!!!

I loved it here! Such a caring atmosphere and the staff was amazing and catered to our every need! I have to give it to Tina. She was awesome! She kept us entertained while there and helped so much. I love this woman! Had to get a hug before I left. The rooms are outdated but highly adorable and spotless! For the price, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I can’t wait to go back again!

We had booked our 2 week vacation through Expedia, and though we got off to a rough start, the manager (Tina) and her assistant (Jen) were absolutely amazing during our entire visit. Considering how short staffed they were, they went above and beyond to make it right, which means they know the true meaning of customer service!! We ended up having to come back to Florida a week later (because we bought a place) so we stayed again at BQ for 4 more days. The amount of work Tina & her team put into making this hotel better was amazing. Keep up the great work and Thank You!!

I love this place and always make time to stay here when I'm in town visiting my mom. I've stayed so many times that it feels like home. I love when I'm able to get an oceanfront room, but even their other room are great. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with a great staff.
1/3/2021 I was lucky enough to see Chiminea, a 13 year old north american right whale and her new calf from my balcony.

My stay for 3 nights was awesome! I stayed here 6 years ago, and it was good then, but this time it was excellent! I became friends with Chotsie and Chris. Nico was very accomadating also! The floor was replaced with laminate flooring, the bathroom was redone, and the little kitchenette was redone. It was the same little apartment as last time beachfront at a fair price.

The beach view was so exciting, and I woke up to a breath taking sunrise! The building is a little worn, but it wasn't an expensive room. Good bed, good shower .... we told the manager we want to stay there again!

Amazing!! Tucked in amongst all the high rises, this is a very cozy, clean friendly place. On the beach, the view is amazing. The staff members make you feel at home and like family. BQ has some years on her, however it is very clean, and suitable for all ages. Hope to visit again soon.

Tina, Tina and Tina at times I thought you had been cloned lol. Thank you for going unexpectedly above what your job required. Although you never said it I know you had a heavy load, you were obviously short staffed and still managed to make our 4 person family feel like we were the only people visiting Beach Quarters Daytona. We thank and appreciate you for your pride and dedication to your career. This company is more than blessed that you chose them because you make them look great!

Reader, the bedroom does NOT have a T.V. Tina not only provided a second T.V. but she connected everything HERSELF... Beach Quarters, Ya'll lucked upon a gem when she chose you. It is because of her that your business has be recommended to our family and friends.

Beach Quarters Daytona is clean, beds are comfortable and the kitchen does have dishes. It's in a great location and there was a friendly family feeling in the environment. It's highly recommended for a budget friendly stay. Thanks again Tina, see you in a few months

Have stayed several times throughout the year with friend. We fish, have a bond fire on the beach at Van Park. Very decent stocked kitchen suites so you don't have to eat out, there's no buffets like in Orlando for the family that stand out. Cups,plates utensils, pot n pans. A dish washer, maybe even a cutting board. The ladies in the front work hard, always see them. Always. When they go home for the night they have a nice system to check in and keep in contact, but still laid back and not stressful. Needs serious renovation, but they try hard and it is very worth getting a deal and supporting this hotel. Good for a family staycation kids love the pool.

The staff is friendly, the apartment was clean and the towels too. And the best is the view with great location on Daytona.I’ll be come back. The building is not new but they are remodeling step by step, recommend this resort!!!!!!

This is by far my favorite little hole-in-the-wall condo to stay at when I come visit Daytona. It is not a big named conglomerate ran motel hotel franchise. it is privately owned owned by the people. Kept up pretty well for it's age. Just because her Glory Days are Over doesn't mean she's done riding. We will visit again and recommend this Beach quarters resort it's small , but big in value. We stayed here once and were completely blown away. The prices are more than fair and the rooms are essentially small apartments with three beds. There is direct beach access behind the building and the tenant can view the ocean from every room we saw.
