Quirky place full of knowledgeable people. What an amazing selection of everything! Great micro brews, great wine, sake…everything. Fun gifts, tastings and Kit the dog make this a favorite place to shop.

Great selection in a great store that's nice to walk around in. Have asked for a few recommendations so far and the staff was wonderful (and their picks were perfect). Slightly more expensive than you can find elsewhere if you know exactly what you want, but the atmosphere, selection and service make it well worth it (they also have a frequent shopper program where you get money back-- awesome!). Thank you!

We are not from the area and called J. Shields inquiring about sending a gift basket to dear friends in the area. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and they put together a magnificent display of the items!! The customer service was exceptional. Quality products with amazing service - this is a great business to support!

This place is really wonderful. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the store is well organized and beautiful. The owner does a fantastic job of stocking a wide variety of hard-to-find items and is always interested in hearing about new things he could carry. There are many liquor stores, but this is perhaps my favorite.

such a great variety of unique offerings for every occasion. i called to get a gift basket made, and alex made me an amazing basket with a variety of candy & new drinks to try! i am always impressed with how careful & knowledgeable the customer service is, they really intend for you to find exactly what you want!

One stop shop with all of the best selections for your wine/craft beer/liquor needs! Brand new renovations, open 7 days a week, awesome staff, and great prices. They also offer curbside pick-up and even delivery which is perfect given our current situation! Highly recommend.

Excellent selection! Very knowledgeable staff. There are some really nice red wines in the discount section. Plentiful mix of whiskies from all over.

Previously, we had special ordered Taltarni sparkling wine, and they were able to stock some at a great price. We ❤ this Australian sparkling wine and had it at our wedding years ago.

Nicely designed store with a great selection and many surprises to explore. The place raises the bar for what a liquor store can be. All it's missing is a lounge or bar with nice music in the background.
