Kreamkles of Valdosta

Our first time here! LOVE IT! The place decor it is just beautiful! The workers were very nice and friendly. I had strawberry roll ice cream with two toppings “fresh blueberries” & “cheesecake bites” it was delicious, I should gotten a bigger cup 😋. The peaches ñ cream with pecans snowflakes was good. They have many Ice cream flavors, toppings and fresh fruits. If you LOVE ice cream; you will love this place. It is right downtown Valdosta. You will not regret visiting! We definitely be back!

Update: I have updated from four to five stars after a recent visit. I highly recommend the cheesecake flavor.i got cheesecake with caramel sauce, strawberries, and Kit Kats. It was precisely the ice cream experience I wanted. I am looking forward to going back and iterating on my cheesecake order ☺

Went twice. I think it's good stuff. I got the s'mores one the first time around with cookie dough and cheesecake bites. I got strawberry shortcake the second time. Staff was friendly. I think it's a shame the rolls of ice cream get covered by the toppings.

The ice cream does a good job of capturing the flavor experience they're going for and the abundance of toppings makes for a flavorful experience. I feel like the ice cream itself isn't super rich and I kinda wish it was. Make sure you get toppings and syrup!

Atmosphere inside was nice and the wait was not bad like other rolled ice cream places I've been. Overall, a good ice cream place worth trying!

The rolled ice cream was most excellent, the employees mixed the mix-ins perfectly, crushing all the cookies into small bits. Customer service was off the charts. Clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

Good product, fair price and a excellent customer service. The reason they get the 5 stars when I got to the place 20min before they close and already clean the blender and they still make me a milkshake. I advise to others restaurants and different to take note specially on Valdosta this is what a excellent customer service looks like. Great experience! Recently spent a Friday night here, and it was nothing but excellent from the customer service to the ice cream to the smiles by all the customers! Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in even as they were assisting other customers. When it was our turn, not a long wait at all, they explained the menu and gave us some helpful tips! I had the s’mores’ and it was awesome! It was fun watching them make the ice cream! As we sat and enjoyed our time, the line never stopped nor did the smiles! The staff is friendly, and very hard working!!! Thank you Kreamkles!

I love this place! The ice cream is delicious. I love the topping selections. My only recommendation is that the employees act like they enjoy their job and want to be there. I’ve been in several times and the employees are not very friendly. I feel like I’m bothering them, but the ice cream is so good that I keep coming back.

Okay this is the best ice cream I have ever eaten. They way they prepare it for you as you watch. Awesome

This was a great place to take my family to. We enjoyed their variety of choices of ice cream. Plus, the venue was well put together. We'll be returning!

You know what makes the best ice cream? The cream that sticks to the top of your mouth when you eat it! Ice cream was great! Also got some quesadillas for dinner, good also.

Update: went tonight. I'm not sure how, but I believe they've gotten better. You need this in your life!

I wanted to throw a surprise bridal shower, and the staff and owner welcomed us with open arms. When we came to set up for the event, the awesome staff asked if we needed anything and went above and beyond to help! The party was a success, and the ice cream was the final. PERFECT touch!

Definitely recommend, and I can't wait to go back and try a new flavor combination!!

This place has some of the best rolled ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I love going to this place whenever I’m in Valdosta!

Delicious ice cream! I picked the peaches & cream topped with cheesecake bites. It was just the right amount of sweetness! My daughter got the strawberry shortcake topped with fresh strawberries, brownie chunks and chocolate drizzle. It too was delicious!

Awesome, my first day in valdosta and we wanted a treat. The staff were super friendly, understanding, and professional. I had a difficult 4 person order, and told the Individual it didn't even have to be good looking. But the response was "it's my favorite part if the job!" So, blue hair, star wars rebel jacket....you're awesome

We love going here! You get your money worth and can watch them roll the ice cream. Plenty of flavors and flavor combinations! Staff is friendly also. Highly recommend

This place is great! Friendly staff, tons of options, and made to order. I thought I loved Cold Stone, but this place beats them hands down! Plus, it's local. Love supporting local businesses. Highly recommend trying this with the whole family.
