I rented a impala from them, he had a wire running from the battery to the alternator… the car was not wanting to crank or starts. They are just money hungry and scammers. Who pays for the rental car for $100 a day and deposit and then have to turn around and pay a $200 outta state fee or he’ll cut the car off once it goes too far. I had an emergency and needed to go to Florida and they wouldn’t respond for me to go. The owner is very rude and disrespectful!!! He had some personal stuff going on and was all over the place due to that situation. I never received my deposit back. I kept calling and texting about it but he was blowing my phone up to pay for the car!!!!! Don’t do business with them!! If i could have gave them ZERO stars I would have. Can’t support black business around here!!

Didn't do a full detail but the car was clean. I didn't know I had to wash it etc too! Owner charged me $60 cleaning fee. My son's we're outside I offered to go wash it or let my boys wash it there owner became rude and nasty. She stated it was too late and charged $60. I told her I've never had to wash a rental as long as it was clean, smokefree, and gassed up I've never had a problem. I told her I would tell everyone she said she didn't care this wasn't her only business. Tried to support this black business but some won't let you

I would NOT and I repeat I would NOT recommend this place to do business with on no level. I rented a vehicle to go out of town for the weekend the car was in horrible condition as far as the interior. Upon returning the vehicle there were a bag of an unknown substance which looked to be drugs. Mind you I traveled with my kids what if I was pulled over by the cops. I was charged over $400 for a weekend. The owner also charged me a cleaning fee of $50 for the outside of the car the owner also overcharged me for auto insurance and I had my own and he also charged me a late fee of $50 per hour so I was charged $100 for a late return this is so wrong on some many levels

The men are okay but the cars are not worth it and the woman that's in there is rude. Never rent from there again. They give black owned businesses a bad name.
