OH MY GOSH! The lady at the register, Emma, was the sweetest Starbucks worker I have ever met and made my friend the best drink! She really made our day with her positivity and kindness on such an early Saturday morning! Please, if you see a girl named Emma working there, know that you are going to get the best service! I wish I lived around here, because I would give this Starbucks my business every day! Thanks to this Starbucks for being such a delight!

Multiple customers were upset when my girlfriend and I walked in. It seemed like there may have been some new employees training in a lunch rush. We had to wait a bit because of the unhappy customers in front of us, but the manager stepped in to assist her team and once the customers with unnecessary attitudes were satisfied and vacated the store, the staff was quick and professional in getting our orders ready. The entire team was resilient and professional while handling the drama.

I tend to come to this one because I enjoy the staff. They have a great team!

Friendly staff, good location, a little busier during lunch but not too bad. Very clean.

Friendly, efficient staff made my Star drink to order. It was raining and this was a pleasant stop. No eating or drinking inside yet, due to CoVid. Also a good bathroom break. Bathrooms were clean, with paper towels - much better during CoVid.

I really love the layout of this Starbucks. They need to put some art up now. Try local artists 🎨

I was greeted as I came into the restaurant bye one of the employees named Rachael. Dianna took my order at the counter. Super friendly environment. Ambience is really peaceful. I love the leather couch and the leather chairs. My drink was perfect and made quickly. Had a brief conversation with Rachael. Kind. Bubbly. Talented. Confident. I will be returning.

Great service and they ground my coffee!

Baristas are well trained, it's a transient profession but the kids always mix a good coffee at this store 😁

A follow up as I couldn't find a link to corporate, one Barrista stands out, her name is Torrance and she is phenomenal at remembering my drink preferences also makes one fine white mocca . Starbucks really needs to acknowledge their finer employees I would have liked to tell upper management about this pleasant experience.

I just had my best experience ever at this location. Normally the customer service at the window is hit or miss but the gentleman that helped me today deserves a raise! His name tag was a bit worn down other wise I'd mention him by name but it definitely started with a C and ended with a Y I think. He was super sweet and attentive and had such an amazing attitude! I visited on August 23rd around 3pm to pick up a mobile order(venti carmel crunch and a tomato mozzarella sandwich). I hope he sees this and it brightens his day as much as he brightened mine!

I had a situation one day with a mobile order and Torrance at the Cornelia store handled it so lovely and professionally! She had amazing customer service and I will always remember her kindness! I hope she is celebrated!! 💕

5 Stars for Torrence who was the shift supervisor on my first visit to this Starbucks. Torrence greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very courteous and friendly while taking my order. I really appreciated her customer service and great energy! Keep up the good work Torrence you are a superstar ! ✔🌟

Stopped here on my way home from a roadtrip, and I was given the best chai latte ever! The employee who took my order was also so incredibly nice and a highlight of our day. Raspberry is finally coming back, too! Best Starbucks stop ever

I absolutely enjoy going to this Starbucks!! The employees are super friendly & there always smiling!! you can really tell they love their job. and there’s this girl that works there named Fortune she makes me the best Keto coffee ever!! she’s my favorite!! I highly recommend this establishment!!

Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was delicious..

I have been satisfied with this Starbucks every visit I’ve made. This is a brand new store and location. If something isn’t right they will always make it right for you and or offer a way to make it right to you. The staff is relatively quick. From talking to some of the staff and hearing how most of the staff is brand new to the Starbucks company I have not been quick to judge if my order was not right the first time around they haven’t been open even a month and they have been pretty spot on with their customer service always a hello or a welcome in. It’s a great place to sit down with some friends or to just get your coffee and be on your way!

New store and they already seem to know what they are doing. The drive through is a great benefit to the local area. I have never gone inside and frankly I never plan to. The people have been very friendly and it hasn't taken long at all to get through the drive through. The drinks aren't any better or worse than any other Starbucks, very standard.

Super friendly. Wait was a bit long. Would have been longer but 2 cars gave up and left.

Update. They recognized they had unusual traffic and gave me a discount for the extreme wait. Was very nice about it. Happy to go back.

Service was especially fast. Under two minutes for a warmed banana bread, coffee, and macchiato. They remembered to sub with almond milk. Kailey was exceptionally upbeat and friendly. I actually came on here to rate the service because she was so bubbly. Perfect person to have on the front/drive-thru! We are staying across the street and are happy to have such great service available.
