Don’t order stuff online from them. Takes a quarter of a year to get them sent to you. Called a few weeks ago asking when my order would be shipped out. Was told same day or next day. Well. It’s been weeks and it’s still sitting at their store. Would have been fine if they would have told me back then. Don’t know how it is in store. Just don’t expect them to work hard to get you your items you spend hundreds of dollars on.

This store just lost my business!! Gift card ($150) was purchased as a Christmas gift and has been partially used. Recipient was told at her last visit that the balance was in their system and there was no need to keep the paper receipt. Well, upon returning yesterday, she was told that she needed the receipt because they had changed systems and the employee who told her that there was no need to save her receipt no longer works there. What a crock! I understand a paper gift receipt but the mistake was on their end not ours! She told them the balance was only around $40. I guess $40 is more important than a customer!!
