Walmart Supercenter

I thought the employees I had the pleasure of wait on me were nice ,friendly and professional. I went to check out with a person to ring up mu items it's still nice to have that human enteraction every once in a while I found everything I needed and one of the lady's that was doing pick up orders ready stood out to me because she spoke to me and helped me findout the price of some items plus I really appreciated her help. Then when I went to the other side of the store to find something I didn't get in my pick up order I found one of the deodorants I didn't get but upon further inspection I see why someone had used it and put it back on the shelf I was appalled but i saw the same lady employee and she once again helped me and took that used item off the shelf to be thrown away we had another brief conversation and I went to check out and be on my way. I have a very positive experience and appreciated the way I was treated will continue to make visits here. Thank you all for being so kind and curious to people also the young woman who brought my pick up order out was very nice professional and knowledgeable and answered some questions I had about pick up orders thank you very much to you all. I'll definitely be returning have a great blessed day!

Truckers, if you need to grocery shop and are having trouble finding Walmarts that accommodate trucks, come here! When hubby and I pulled in there were a dozen trucks parked and the store wasn’t busy at all. Every trucker knows what a headache it is finding stores that allow us to park, I’m happy to say this Walmart is one of the few where we had no trouble parking.

I visited this Walmart while being out of town. Something here was different compared to home. I don't know what it is, but not in a bad way. The store was not cluttered, I was greeted coming in and leaving. I asked where the restroom was and instead of someone pointing like usual, she walked me there. Very clean store, the cashier was helping customers in self checkout and had a smile on her face.

They have everything you'll need of you're passing through or grocery shopping loved this location and the woman that helped me was a sweet lady !

Well stock always clean and if you can't find what you looking for someone is always around to help

No grocery carts available inside. Empty shelves, although they were trying to restock some shelves.

Walmart in Tifton has so much more on display than my local Walmart in Valdosta.

Well like most Walmart some have good service some. It's just the corn he's working sometimes it's slow no help. Sometimes they're right there helping you all the time

They got everything I need for my favorite interest, toys, video games, TV, CLothes, and fashion

They have any an everything you can think of. The prices are great. I have recently been looking online at some furniture and they have some great deals an the quality is very good. It doesn't look or feel cheap. So I'm proud to have it in my house. I'm disabled so I do most of my shopping online. It was such a blessing when my WALMART IN TIFTON GA started doing the grocery delivery. Now I just place my order an tell them when I would like it delivered and I am done. The delivery people are awesome. I tell them to just leave it on the porch. My son will be at the door when they get there and he helps them get it out of their vehicle and puts it in the house. You guys that get your things delivered always remember that their vehicles don't run on air, if you can try an give them a little extra just for bringing it to you. Thank you God Bless.

I had to wait for my change well for the machine to be filled up but the lady was very fast friendly and apologetic for the inconveniences and my wait. So that made the issue easier to deal with

I have used the picker pick up service which is absolutely amazing. They make it so easy to order online and just pick it up when it's ready. I have gone inside and found everything I needed at ease everything was always right there if I couldn't find anything the Walmart attendance were very very helpful in help in me find what I need Prices are great. I go to Walmart about 3 times a week and I love my business each and every time period

I absolutely despise shopping at Walmart and will literally avoid any and all Walmart's unless necessary. However, today, on 1/16/2023, I had such a positive and encouraging experience at this Tifton, GA location. I was shopping with my mother and stepfather in the electronics department and met Leana (works for the cell phone company in electronics) and Jaimal (worked in electronics, evening shift). It has been years since I experienced Customer Service at this level. They were both willing and eager to assist. Instead of pointing and giving directions to the roku's, Jaimal actually walked me over to the Roku devices. He left me to look through the devices and when I walked from the isle empty handed, he asked if I had phone the one, I had wanted. (The one I was looking for was out of stock, no big deal) He apologized, although it was not his fault. Leana was full of additional information about my family's new iPhone and went above and beyond with helpful information about YouTube videos to assist them with learning how to use the new phones. Both were super quick to offer assistance with absolutely no attitude or annoyance whatsoever. These 2 employees have made me enjoy this singular trip to Walmart one of the BEST experiences I have had in 6 years!!! When looking for a manager to pay my compliments to, Angel, at the front end, rolled her eyes and huffed when I requested to speak to a manager. As speaking to a manager, I could hardly contain my excitement about complimenting these two employees. These two should serve as a great example of amazing customer service and deserve the recognition for being, not only great employees, but wonderful human beings!!!
