I highly recommend Cray PT. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Micky Golden is the best when it comes to sports related injuries. He assesses the injury, treats it and then provides sport specific exercises to strengthen the muscles and prevent future injury. Micky is invested in the recovery and genuinely cares about each patient's specific goals. I can attest to this from the experinece of my own two teenagers and the several friends and teammates who have also chosen Micky to help with their recovery process.

Shawn was able to see me quickly after I pulled a muscle in my back. We went over not only the injury, but issues I'd been having with my back. He had a talk with me about my back care and gave me an easy routine to follow to take care of myself. He not once pushed for me to come back, he was solely focused on me getting better and taking care of myself. Will definitely go back if needed.

This is my second time at Cray, but for a different issue, and it is great. I've seen Haleigh both times, and she's wonderful. Her expertise, coupled with compassionate care, makes for a great experience.

I came back to Cray because I previously had a good experience there. This time I was also very pleased with my experience. Lexi was great and really got me to where I need to be after my knee surgery. I found Lexi to be very professional and personable and I highly recommend her and Cray.

I had been in PT with another organization. Every time I left I was confused. Given a photo copy of stretches and told to go home and do them. Mickey Golden was referred to me by my Personal Trainer. He has been a Godsend Took the time to diagnose me and put a healing program together. I have been to PT in the past. Feel very fortunate to have met Mickey. I just completed 6 weeks of pt for a pinched nerve with Mickey Golden. I no longer have any pain. Before I went there I could barely sit. Mickey is knowledgeable and compassionate. He plays great music and sings!! I would highly recommend him and Cray PT.

I chose Cray Physical Therapy in Norwell, after reading so many positive reviews online. After suffering a proximal humerus fracture, I was looking for a small PT office unlike some of the larger ones in the area. After my initial consultation with Micky Golden, I knew I had chosen the best place for me. I'm about 5 weeks into therapy, and it's amazing how far I have come. Micky has pushed me out of my comfort zone and continues to each visit. Micky and Lauren, his PT assistant, do a great job creating a fun environment. They celebrate the little milestones with you. I would highly recommend Micky to my friends and family.

I the people are very warm, friendly and welcoming. They are gentle and very respectful in their approach in helping you with the various exercises you need to do. This is my second experience with them. Highly recommended

For starters, parking has never been a problem at the Cray Weymouth location.. That is a big plus fo me. Danny is a terrific PT from all aspects. Always asks how you feel and have felt since your last session. The exercises are reasonable and doable and effective. Danny gets your muscles working but also knows how how to calm them down with deep massage techniques. Some of the exercises are completed in the adjacent location of a gym with state of the art equipment. It has only been five sessions but I can feel the difference in my neck and cervical spine.

Mickey Golden at Cray Physical Therapy is amazing! It has been the best experience with physical therapy I've ever had thanks to his knowledge, skills, and relatability. I've been working with Mickey since June 2021 to address frozen shoulder. He's very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing and why in an easy to understand way. He helped me to understand that recovering from frozen shoulder can be a slow process but I never lost faith in PT working because Mickey made sure to understand my goals, was genuinely invested in my progress, AND I saw results! His PT Aide, Charlotte, is also wonderful and I knew that I was always in good hands when working with her. Everyone at Cray is truly welcoming and nice and I love that the PT to patient ratio is kept at a level that is manageable for the PT and ensures that the patient feels cared for at each and every appointment. I highly recommend Cray Physical Therapy overall and working with Mickey, in particular. It has been a great experience!

I have been treated for different ailments in the past few years. The therapists were always excellent. They are hands on and personable. They don’t show you an exercise and then leave and come back in a while. My therapist is Cindy this time around. She knows her stuff and I have no complaints. She answers all my questions in detail. I’m quite satisfied with my treatment.

I went to Cray for two separate issues. After a knee surgery and once after an auto accident. On both occasions Mickey Golden treated me, and I received top tier treatment for both ailments. Mickey treats you like you are his only patient and truly cares about your recovery. He is also a very knowledgeable, engaging person with diverse interests - which makes the entire PT experience rewarding. I have been to other PT facilities and Cray/Mickey are by far the best. I could not have been treated better and am on the road to full recovery from both ailments thanks to Mickey. Highly recommend Cray and Mickey.

I had the privilege of working with Haleigh at the Braintree location. She was amazing at listening to all of my concerns and was able to provide solutions to everything I’ve been struggling with in the last three years. Literally everything. I felt an IMMEDIATE difference after doing a few exercises with her. I was a bit anxious going in, as this was my first time doing physical therapy; Haleigh was VERY professional and encouraging. She is very knowledgeable too! I left the office feeling great and with a greater understanding of how my body works! I highly recommend Cray Physical Threapy!

The service at Cray has been excellent. Checking in is a breeze and you a greeted by a friendly receptionist. Cyndi my physical therapist is excellent along with her aides Joey and Ronan who are also fantastic. The appointments always started right on time. The relief I have experienced to my neck in a couple weeks was amazing. I cant thank the staff enough and highly recommend them.

i was experiencing pain and discomfort in my upper right neck/shoulder/ back. Which I thought was untreated pulled muscles from tree work related incidents. I was referred to the injury prevention specialist at my gym, Alicia, for a evaluation because it was affecting my athletic performance at CrossFit. I was very impressed by the evaluation and relieved to know that something I thought that may have been major was only mild. I Received effective treatment for my affliction, and I am satisfied with my results. My pain has been reduced and my athletic performance/endurance has improved. I Would highly suggest her services or her colleagues services at cray physical therapy for any physical therapy needs. They are all very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and effective. Thanks!
