Shelby in the pharmacy was phenomenal when it came to helping me out with a script that wasn't sent to the right pharmacy by a clinic. She saw me in the drive thru four times as we tried figuring out the situation I was having and once we did she quickly filled my prescription to get me on my way. Bless that girl! She's amazing.

In the past I had a bad experience, but recently the staff is attentive and very helpful. They are always looking to find you what you need. The pharmacist emailed me personally when I had a complaint. That meant a lot that she took the time to reach out to me. I am very happy with this store location.

Lazy and slothful from pharmacy crew

It has all the items i could find . It has carpet all over the store.

Years ago a CVS pharmacist was extremely rude to me and told me to go to another pharmacy. Today I was hung up on twice. I was told it was Danielle the pharmacist. I do not know. I wanted to ask a question about what the process was for needing authorization from health insurance if I had already requested a refill. The 4th time I called I spoke with someone who was able to answer my questions. It’s been 22 years since I had prescriptions filled at CVS. After I pick up my Rx tomorrow it will be at least that long. Basic customer service shouldn’t be nonexistent.

My wife and I really wish the pharmacy Tech that’s always wearing the gloves and holds the phone receiver a foot and a half away would hold it closer so we don’t have to constantly repeat our selves because they are unable to hear what we are saying!!!!!! The other tech Katie is awesome and friendly Gloves not so much very dry and unfriendly!!!!!

Has to be the worst pharmacy.! Horrible attitudes and never open on time. They open at 9am.? You’re lucky if they open by 9:15. Take a lunch break and come back from lunch late. Wish I could show up for work whenever I wanted.

Pharmacy is so rude! I will never use them again. Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Just walked in to pick up a prescription for my Mom, was never greeted by anyone in the pharmacy. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before anyone came to see if I needed anything and there were 2 workers, the pharmacist and another worker. Pharmacist never acknowledged me either and he looked straight at me. Cheryl finally came and asked who I was picking up for, told her, she checks the computer and says, her insurance doesn't cover this medication. So I ask, how much is it? She let's out a loud sigh and goes back to the computer to check and then tells me, so I tell her to fill it and she sighs again. I mean, find another job if you hate this one! No wonder my Mom hates coming here, these people are rude and slow AF!

Don't know about the rest of the store but lady in pharmacy was rude, hateful, abrasive, and lazy. Will never step in the establishment again after I finally get my meds. If I ever get them. Been 3 days and still counting.

Self checkout only. Their self check technology is that of cave people and very slow. Annoying that they won’t open even one register. Don’t get me started on the staff and pharmacy…..

Horrible customer service. Cherryl at the pharmacy drive thru was so very rude. Took them a month to order a medicine and get it in. The pharmacy staff is terrible. I can't speak for the rest of the store.

Called about a question in the pharmacy and lady was very rude.
