We are on vacation for spring break and decided to try Thyme Restaurant in Canton. Our food was so good. I had the cauliflower wrap and the fattoush salad. Loved the freshness, the taste! One of the owners gave us a sample of their feta dip with pita chips that were baked not fried. This was to die for. They make everything fresh and from scratch. Including their desserts!!! If you haven’t tried them, you are missing out! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Amazing place and an exceptional food/service. As soon as you walk in, you feel the warmth and friendliness. I love that the place is family owned and everything is made from scratch. Definitely try Chicken Shawarma Platter and Chicken Kabob Platter. Both were delicious. We also loved the homemade chips and feta dip, which you can purchase there to go, as well. We will be back for sure!

This review in particular is for bakery. Little pricey but not that expensive for custom cakes. The person who makes the cake will be in touch with you for customization so what ever you have thought or is in mind you can discuss. I have ordered 2 times and both time the order was perfect, exactly what is on my mind.
I got strawberry shortcake and chocolate and both are amazing.
Most of the bakery cakes are too sweet for me si I requested a little less sugar which was perfect for my and guests palate.

Exceptional and authentic Mediterranean restaurant. The chicken Shawarma is a must have. The Trio Plate is wonderfully presented with sharable portions. The Kafta Kabob is like being transported to Lebanon. The Baharat seasoning is such a sensory delight.
The Lamb and chicken were perfectly cooked.
The Hummus is fresh made and so good with every bite of the kabobs.
You can see your meal being cooked and prepared.
Frida is so charming and helpful.
And those baked goods, fresh made and delightful.

We love this restaurant, it's very casual and the food is always fresh. The lamb and shawarma are so tender and moist. I thought the portions were good, I always end up taking half of it home. The price is reasonable.We make the trip to Canton from Weymouth once a month just to come here. I give Thyme 5 stars

Coming from a long line of family members that own and operate restaurants, it's always a pleasure for me to have a great dining experience because I appreciate all the hard work that goes into making it happen!

Time is the best Mediterranean food that I've had in New England. I had the lamb kebabs and it was cooked to perfection with a wonderful marinade and seasoning. My mother had the chicken kebab platter and again the chicken was cooked perfect and it was the most flavorful chicken kebab I've ever had. She also had a spinach pie And it was done homemade perfectly. They also have wonderful selection of desserts that are all homemade as well.

The restaurant is very clean and immaculate. The staff all being family are very friendly and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. And it's a very cozy place.

I definitely recommend you experience this for yourself!

Excellent food. I had the falafel platter, which included hummus, baba ghanouj, tomatoes, and pickles radishes. My husband had the trio platter, which included steak tips (or lamb), chicken, and kaftan kabobs. I'm not sure because I didn't read menu for his item. We sat outside at the roadside cafe. It was a pleasant day, spoiled only by the traffic light beeping. The food was sizzling and fresh off the grill. We ordered inside and when our food was ready, the cashier brought it out to us. There are also a selection of delicious desserts at the bakery counter. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic tasting Lebanese food.

Absolutely LOVE thyme. My husband and I get it at least twice a month. I like eating healthy and this helps me have takeout without cheating. They're so nice there too.

The only recommendation I have is for them to give a small bag of pita chips for the hummus with the platters instead of pita bread or offer one or the other. Can't get ENOUGH of this pita chips!

I've ordered take out several times. It's been consistently good every time. I got the mixed shawarma which comes chicken and beef, with pita bread, rice, fresh made hummus, and a small salad. Check them out, you won't be sorry.

Awesome spot! Everything is homemade and the owners are excellent at their craft. Can’t put down the thyme chips, all the pastries are made fresh daily, and the shawarma was delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some authentic food from a good family.

We recently ordered a non dairy strawberry shortcake from here for a birthday party. We were skeptical about the flavors initially when it comes to non-dairy cream in general. However, they really amazed us and our guest. A beautiful and bright looking cake that tastes like a daily one (or even better), awesome flavor and everything was so fresh… we couldn’t figure out if it is dairy/ non dairy one (certainly non dairy as we had people with allergies). We have tried such cakes from various people in the past, but this was THE BEST!

Went here for the first time today, got x2 Chicken Schwarma Platters for my dad & I, with a side of bhaba ganoush and chips.

The food is amazing, the portion is huge and such a good value! The staff was incredible. Very welcoming and friendly & helped me when I asked for a recommendation.

Parking was great also which is always a bonus! Will love to try their baked goods someday, everything looked beautiful & made with care.

The food was the absolute best Middle Eastern food I have ever had. I honestly wasn't a big fan of it until I had the opportunity to eat here. The event was a buffet for 15. Food (everything), Service and the Pastries were all phenomenal! Very clean as well. I would definitely return and recommend.

I've only done takeout and they are very attentive and efficient. The food is very good and the portions are good. It's one of the nicer dinner options in the area at reasonable prices.

I'm so glad I went to this restaurant. The lady at the counter was so nice and welcoming; she will take her time and tell you about the different options on the menu. I order the Fattoush Salad with chicken kabab for $19.00 and for dessert I ordered the strawberry short cake for $5.00. My total bill was $25.68. The portion of the salad was just enough and it filled me up. The food was so flavorful and not filled with alot of salt. The cake was so light and fluffy and not overly sweet. I love mediterrian food and will definitely go back!

Brought home our takeout order for our first try of their restaurant. The food was wonderful—fresh & delicious. I was also struck by how friendly and warm the staff were... we’re already looking forward to our next meal from Thyme! So happy to have them here in Canton!

Wonderful family owned and operated spot. Falafal was the best I've ever had, hands down. Steaming hot, watched them make it from scratch in the kitchen before bringing it out. Simple, affordable, and delicious. Great spot for a quick lunch. Dedicated parking available in a lot along the side.
