Hit Kickboxing and Fitness

First time trying out kickboxing, and I had such a blast at Hit Kickboxing and Fitness in Hernando MS. Shanna is a wonderful trainer and very helpful making sure you are comfortable, being one on one with you, making sure your form is good, coaching you through each set, and just all out making it a fun experience. The environment is so fun with great workout music, turning lights out and having party lights going. It's just pure fun without it feeling like a miserable workout. And the other members are so awesome and very helpful and they make you feel at home and welcomed. Highly recommend you give this a try.

This place is amazing! I hadn’t ever tried kickboxing, but they worked with me to learn the moves and proper form. The workouts are a good balance of pushing you while allowing for modifications. The people are very congenial. This is just what I needed.

Instructors know their business. Safety first, constantly changing so the class is “not” a routine, fun, high energy, before you know it you have new friends. Happy the instructors push you when you think you are done. Always better yourself and find the good in others. Time is precious, but we all need to take just a moment for ourselves and anyone should come and try this class.

Simply the best bang for your buck where the the trainers actually pay attention! With any type of work out, form is everything! No matter how busy it is, Shanna ensures that you always keep the right form. Best kick boxing I've been too period.

I’ve been a member since day one. The workouts are intense and trainers are encouraging me to do more always. Great environment and great people! No judgement zone! I’ve lost weight and improved my health.
