Let’s start with- I’m an experienced traveler and internet savvy mid 40s guy. I’m pretty good at finding good deals and jumping on them. That being said- I now only book my vacations through Tailwind Travel and Tours.

I could go on and on and on but I’ll give one comparison.

Booked a “cheaper by $25” vacation through Costco travel- Covid hit, got a little bit of a refund after months of emails and calls.

Booked a trip this spring through TTT - got email from cruise line saying something I requested (and paid for) wasn’t available. Called Jan. Showed up for the cruise and we were immediately upgraded to an incredible suite - and had a fabulous time - because of my stellar travel agents.

Stacey Steiner was such a blessing in our vacation planning to Ochos Rios, Jamaica. She is very knowledgeable and looked for the best deals. She made sure we knew everything we needed to do to have a safe trip out of the country. We will definitely use her for our future vacations.

We recently just returned from vacation in Jamaica; where we stayed at Beaches Resort, Negril and it was amazing! Stacey Steiner went above and beyond to make this trip the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have ever had; which isn’t easy when you have a group of 13 with 6 kids! From the initial planning stage, to booking the trip, to the days leading up to leaving, as well as returning home, Stacey was in constant contact to ensure everything went smooth and as planned. We will definitely be reaching out to Stacey for future trips and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kace (Kaitlyn) Wallace was our travel agent for a Carnival Cruise we took and it was such a smooth process. Kace helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend her!!! Such a fun vacation and no stress because of her expertise.

10/10 Would Recommend! Kace went above and beyond to help us figure out a last minute vacations. Even when there were hiccups with figuring out where we were going she stuck with us with all the back and forth. Extremely affordable, had transportation to and from resort to airport. I didn't have to do anything but say Yes or No the whole time. Will definitely use them again.

Our family of four (including two teens) has booked two European cruises with Jan. On our first, she helped choose affordable pre-cruise accommodations and activities in addition to getting us great prices on the cruise and flights. Our second cruise was canceled due to Covid. Jan had been very helpful planning a new cruise and ensuring that we get proper credit for the canceled cruise. She also helps us find hotel and cabin options that work for our family. We are super excited for the upcoming trip to Europe after 3 years. Jan is our go to agent for our family travel.

Jan was most helpful in getting our cruise rebooked after the first one was canceled due to Covid. I appreciate her diligence and she was able to get better promotions at the time of rebooking. Jan is a great person who obviously loves her job and helping others in looking forward to their dream travel.

Great experience all around! Just booked a trip to Maui recently and told them what I wanted. Jan gave me several options and I booked. Very easy process and SO much easier than having to find a 3 bedroom condo myself! I will definitely book through them again and have told other people!
