Always love Lora .She is my home base. Never had a bad experience. But I recently had surgery. My primary( Lora) signed off the needed paperwork. After surgery my surgeon and hospital told me to make an appointment in a week with my primary( Lora). I do have an appointment with surgeon later in month. When I called to make my appointment with Lora, the woman at clinic was more than rude... questions like”why would you need appointment with your primary, she didn’t do the surgery?” I explained in a confused and shocked state that I was merely doing what I was told to do. I told her I was just following post- op directions. She did not give a name when she answered the phone... it’s possible her day had been difficult... if I had felt better I may have returned the un-kindness! I have to say I was totally put in tears over the excess of questions about my reasons for making an appointment. I love Lora Smith, she is my considered primary, where all my specialist report . I’ve never had a bad experience at the clinic. Whomever answered my call, I am sorry you were not having a great day, but maybe think before you speak, it is possible that you could absolutely “shred” someone’s emotions with callous statements! Please just make our appointments and talk “crap” about us later. You really didn’t need to make me feel so badly about following my directions

Friendly and caring. No matter my ailment, the entire staff is ready to help. They greet you with a smile, listen to your problems (medical and personal) and treat you like family. I couldn’t ask for a better place for all my well-being needs. Thank you family first.

Great clinic for a variety of conditions. After reading the (rare) negative reviews, it seems like the only people who say bad things are those who don’t understand how offices work or who want something that will put providers at risk for getting in trouble. Great place with wonderful staff!!

I wouldn’t recommend any to them now. Last year I would’ve but not they have a rude front desk young lady. When Mrs Rita was there I love going but now I wouldn’t step a foot back in their. My family and I changed our clinic. The one we go to now have some friendly staff and they treat them patients with the up most respect..
