Roux 61

One of my favorite seafood spots in my home town, Natchez. Food is always excellent! (My blackened catfish sandwich was just about gone before I thought taking my photo, but I did get the charbroil oysters, lol)

Service was great. Food was good but salty. He had the Oyster Po-boy and I had the Oyster Platter. But the coleslaw was the best thing I have ever eaten here. We always sit in the same booth. It was kinda busy for it being a Saturday evening. We will be back to try other menu items. Our waiter was very nice and attentive but I forgot his name.

Passing by and turned around because it was obviously an outstanding restaurant...it was/is. Great oysters, drinks steaks, kids friendly.

We visited Roux 61 on January 31st to celebrate by sister’s birthday - party of 10. We had the pleasure to be served by Vicki. When I tell you, she provided the best service I have ever had at any restaurant in all of my 50 years (no exaggeration). There was never an empty glass or a need for anything. I wanted to take the time to shout her out and make sure she knows there are people out here that still appreciate her attentiveness and kindness! Thank you, Vicki and we hope you enjoyed the cake!😊

We are from Texas and know what good seafood is! Roux 61 is amazing!!! We had coconut shrimp and fried catfish- both were delicious! Their hush puppies are to die for as well! The cheesecake is out of this world! Clean restaurant and great service by Vicky! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience. The ambience is great. There is more than adequate seating. The food was wonderful! I had the Catfish Platter. You have to try that! My friend had the Roux Burger that she called perfection. The howling coyote watched over us all.

The food was excellent, as was the service. Our waitress, I believe her name was Audrey or Aubrey, was very helpful and patient. She was super busy. There were a lot of us there from the Fire Convention, but she didn't skip a beat!! This is a definite MUST if you are in Natchez.

The food was great. The flavors were fantastic and everything was fresh. We definitely recommend that you try it.

Incredible dinner - steaks, salad and baked potatoes. Best steak in the South! Server was attentive but not the friendliest and salads arrived at the same time as our meal. Live music created an ambiance that made the meal even better!!

Everything was great! Danielle was the server and she rocked the house!! The boudin balls was definitely a steal for 12$ and the Caribbean sauce was the perfect accent for a dipping sauce.. I had The Delta Queen with rotini and my accomplice had the Catfish LeBeaux! Great food! This will be a Natchez, MS staple in a few years!! You have to go and try it out!!!

Roux 61 is a excellent restaurant if your traveling through Natchez. The food was really delicious. The size of the portions are pretty big. Plus the price is very reasonable. The restaurant is pretty spacious and looked very clean. The staff at Roux 61 was very friendly. Our waitress Jaelin was awesome and was very attentive.
Can't recommend coming here enough.

I was in town for an auction and asked where I should go for supper. It was recommended to come here and I was not disappointed.
I went in and was told I needed to order quickly as the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes, but I could take my time eating.
I had a great meal....

We had a Ladies Luncheon at this restaurant during a motorhome rally nearby. There were 12 ladies and everyone loved the food,service and atmosphere. Several went back with their spouses. Great big menu of choices. Clean and well staffed. The cream brûlée was delicious.

Delicious food and one of the best Margaritas I've ever had.

Food is wonderful, but isn’t always fixed the same way. I guess it depends on the cook in the kitchen. As always, this is the best place to eat in Natchez.

Totally worth the drive! Visited on a Saturday during the early evening. Not too long of a wait. Nice atmosphere. Our food was so good! Large portions and reasonably priced. Shout out to our server, Nya! She took care of us. Thanks for a great time!

We are very impressed with the food, portions, and variety of food selections available. It's a sports bar, seafood and steak restaurant as well. It's impressive the restaurant caters to families easily and the sports crowd as well. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. We highly recommend this restaurant for fast service, great atmosphere, superior food and huge portions for families and adult patrons. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this place! It was our first visit, and the food was amazing. Our server was awesome and did a great job. The decor is beautiful. Even though there were a lot of people waiting, turnaround was quick, and our wait wasn't long. I got the fried fish and oyster platter, and my husband got the fried fish. All were perfectly cooked. My only critique is this place is on the expensive side. We eat out regularly, and I can say, with confidence, this restaurant is more expensive than most restaurants in Baton Rouge, where we're from. I know Natchez is a tourist town, but the prices are still crazy. We did get a lot of food for the money, but this restaurant would have to be infrequent.

They were amazing. The food was wonderful. We went with a big group, and they got all the orders correct and in a timely manner.
