Even when the pandemic hit they work with my on making my payments and for that I’m forever grateful my smile is everything I could ask for and more

I heard about J. Cox Orthodontics 2-1/2 years ago from my dentist, who really couldn't help with the issues I was having, he referred me to Dr. Cox. From the minute that I walked through the door to the moment the entire staff (Dr. Cox included) sang the "You got your braces off today" song, the staff and Dr. Cox herself, have been nothing but a phenomenal crowd! I have had the absolute best care in my life from this group!! The staff make you feel comfortable and at home, they've done everything in their power to accommodate me and my work schedule, I have had nothing but a POSITIVE experience and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! J Cox Orthodontics is AWESOME!!! From the time you step through the front door,their staff goes above and beyond in taking care of your every need. They make you feel at home. Dr. Jessica Cox is the sweetest. She truly cares for all of her patients. When you sit down to discuss treatment plans Dr. Cox and her staff take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you fully understand your options and planned
treatment. Kids and adults are always excited to receive Cox coins for things like good grades, for properly following their treatment guidelines, and etc to earn amazing prizes. Although not in our “network” of orthodontists for our families insurance plan we chose to still use Dr. Jennifer Cox. Not only is Dr. Cox talented, but her entire staff is professional, supportive and helpful. Kids and adults alike love her and her staff. Everything is very state of the art. There is no wondering if your child is getting the best possible treatment. Plus the environment is very enjoyable & relaxing making what can be a difficult process much more pleasant.

Consultation at J.Cox Orthodontics was fabulous! The office is very clean and kid friendly with the available iPads and gaming center. It's even adult friendly with a coffee bar! The staff was so friendly and made a nervous new patient feel very much at ease. J. Cox Orthodontists is a wonderful place to take your child. Everyone there makes my son, Ryan, feel so important. It is a place where everyone knows his name. They make each appointment fun and exciting. Ryan can hardly wait from one appointment to the next. He loves the ladies, the coins, and the feeling of encouragement he gets everytime he goes. He loves getting the Cox coins because he loves to spend them right then.

A friend saw Dr. Cox on an airplane hand writing notes and she was impressed that she decided to take her children there when they are old enough. Ryan loves to get the notes from the J. Cox team.

Dr. Cox and the ladies that work for her are awesome! When, I got my braces on, Dr. Cox called my mom that night to check on me. My mom said no doctor had ever done that before. When my appliance broke, they met us after hours to fix it. They even helped my cousin with her broken bracket when she was visiting me from out of town. I love Dr. Cox and her staff!!! ❤ P.S. My braces are off now, and my teeth look great!😀

I have been under Invisalign treatment for the past 16 months from Dr. Cox. I have always been 100% pleased with their service, friendliness and professionalism. There was a delay getting my Invisalign trays in for my initial phase of the treatment, (by no fault of their own) but they sent me the sweetest note and a pedi for being patient. How awesome is that? Soon I will be finished with Invisalign and I will have a smile to proud of thanks to Dr. Cox and her sweet staff.

This will be the best Orthodontics you have EVER been to. If you have never been to an Orthodontics than this is the best.They are very family friendly, and they except people of all ages. They care if you are hurting and try there best to make it comfortable. I am 12 years old and have had my braces for about a year and a half. I have never had bad wires or anything poking my gums, and even if I did they would trim them. They also try making having braces FUN. They give you at least one coin every appointment. These can add up and lead to FUN prizes!!!

Believe it or not! I really do look forward to going each month to see the friendliest Doctor and Staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are so nice to me even though I complain constantly about having to wear braces at my age. Dr. Cox and the fabulous ladies in the office always reassure me that it will all be worth it and I leave with a smile knowing that I am in good hands. I look forward to the smile that i will have in the end of this journey.
