Is it possible to leave a negative number? That's how bad Michelle treats people. She is snide, snarky, sarcastic, rude, and insulting. I assume she treats everyone like that. Why, you ask? Because she is so good at it, she must practice regularly. If you have to speak to her, ask for someone else -- although if Carr, Riggs & Ingram hired her and continue to pay her, they must have also trained her, so what does that say about them?
