By The Lake RV Park/Resort

Really enjoyed this campground and staff. This was our 2nd time staying here, and we really enjoyed our stay. We have a motorcoach and trailer, and we're 61 feet long. Not every campground can accommodate us, but their sites left us with room to spare. All concrete with concrete patios and picnic tables. Paved roads throughout the park. Loved fishing in the lake, and they have a nice dog park. There is a walking trail around the lake that is very nice, play ground for the kids. A pool in the summer to cool off.

This is absolutely one of the best RV parks we have stayed at. Concrete pads, full h/u, laundry facility, cable, reasonably priced, and BONUS - the best dog run we have ever seen! It’s also very close to Lake Murray. Easy on/off highway. Staff were great, too!

By the Lake is a beautiful park located right off of I-35. Sites are long, level concrete pads with ample grassy space on each side. There is a nice playground as well as dog park. This will be our ‘go-to’ spot when traveling in the area.

This RV park was great. Nice full hook-up sites and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a month and had no issues. Very clean restrooms and laundry facility. We will be staying there again.

Very nice RV Park. Everything you need. Very clean great shower house, laundromat,cable and WiFi. Stayed 5 nights. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I have stayed in this park several times. It is so nice. Sites are large with cement pads. Restrooms and showers are nice too. Location is great and easy to access the park. Their customer service is outstanding.

We stayed here last weekend and it was wonderful! The gentleman that helped us was very accommodating and pleasant. I was beyond amazed how clean and nice the facilities were especially the restrooms! That's something we really look at because we have a small camper we try to not utilize our bathroom as much. The pool is great and the park is really well kept. There is a lot to do in the area especially within a 20 minute drive. The only negative I have and it has nothing to do with the RV Park is the gas station that is down the street! Their prices are ridiculous and nothing is marked so you have no idea what you'll be spending. It makes sense that they'd do that because its the only gas station within a few miles of the park but still. The staff there is also super rude so just a warning to get gas and purchase stuff in town beforehand.

Type of stay - En route (1 night), would make a nice quiet destination location.
Curb Appeal – Country setting, lot of green space, landscape, bushes, trees, with pond in the center. Sites slope down from entry making a nice appearance, with the site being very level. New park, recently opened with more space for expansion and indication planned facilities.
Site Number – 1, on the far end of the first section
Site Notes – Level, concrete pad, long, with good utilities. Good space between sites and wider space between sections. Sites are space around the central pond. Rained just before we got here, but drained quickly.
Staff – Virtual, we came in after the office close and left before the office reopened. Friendly, informative registration and welcome information by email / text messages.
Amenities – Rest rooms, showers, Laundry, all new condition and good quality. Good map and signage on building. Playground area with corn hole and horse shoes. Park also has cabins and tree houses available.
Internet/WiFi/Cell – Tested Park internet, strong signal and supported streaming services. We used our T-Mobile cell and Internet with strong signals.
Dog Review – 3 Paws, (out of 4 possible). No dog park, several dog waste stations, plenty of green space walking area, you could use the play area for things like Frisbee catching. Occasional grass spurs that catch on fuzzy dogs.

Lovely park, a must return for us! Nice paved, curbed roads. Level concrete parking sites with nice green space between neighbors. Spotless bathrooms and laundry facility. Has playground the kids and then nice pool area. Didn’t get to try the fishing pond but looked fun. Friendly staff!.

We are about to head up that way again! We will be stopping here. The last time I stayed there was for 3 months and I have to say that it's one of the most kept up parks I've been to. The office management and staff are always friendly and you just feel welcomed here. I appreciate the fact that I do not have to be scared to go on my evening walks with my kids because speed limit is enforced! I found this out day 2 of being there 😬
I spoke with the office and while they didn't bend on the speed limit rule, they didn't make me feel like I was getting scorned either, they just want it to be safe.
It was a quiet, clean, and well maintained park with beautiful scenery and you can definitely tell the amount of hardwork that goes into this place! Excited to be back!

Just stayed for an overnight stop, very nice place and very clean. Staff was great, we will definitely stay again.

This a wonderful RV Park! We’ve stayed here many times since we bought our rv and it has always been great! Nice big pull- through concrete pads, a beautiful pond with fire pits and chairs to sit and relax, an easy hiking trail, a fenced dog park for fur baby to run, and great facilities if you need them. They also have a playground for the kids if you bring them along. It’s clean and well kept - they did allow the first little purple flowers to bloom which made our spot beautiful. It’s close to Lake Murray if you want to explore or play more. It has been a wonderful place to when we were first learning about our rig and now when we just want a weekend getaway. Such a great place and also such friendly helpful staff! We Love It!

This is a beautiful, quiet RV park. The well spaced concrete sites are clean and level. It’s a perfect place.

Awesome RV park/resort. Big sites. Great dog park. Laundry room is nice. Really pet friendly. Pool is gorgeous. Spectacular dining near by. Beautiful lake nearby. Fishing pond on site. Definitely my go to Oklahoma RV Park.

This RV park was perfect! Our spot had great views and a short walk to the huge fenced dog park. Showers and bathrooms were spotless.
Close enough to town and only 2 miles from Lake Murray.
Would stay again.

Very nice place, with paved pull through sites, and nice spacing between sites. We didn’t use the dog park or pool but they looked great. People were friendly and there were no crowded, junky sites. Lake Murray state park is close by. Plenty to do in the area!

A super nice place to overnight or stay a while. Close to Lake Murray golf course and the Fireside Grill, a great place to dine on Fri or Sat nights.

The park is very well maintained and the staff is helpful. They have a huge dog park and it is frequently mowed. We always stay at that park whenever we go to Oklahoma. If I could give more than five stars I would. My favorite rv park.

Danielle was so nice and helpful, getting us a spot for just one night. The pads are concrete with full hook ups. It was very clean and all the spots are pull through, which was so nice! Hope we can come back and stay longer next time!
