The ladies were ALWAYS polite and highly-professional. I was Always in and out in less than 5-minutes. I NEVER had a long wait like at the Ardmore location. For some reason their rates are ALWAYS lower than at the Ardmore location too. I did my transactions online for the last 2 years and they mailed my updated stickers and tag to the correct location. They get 5-stars from me. Who knows??? The ladies probably gave me excellent customer service because they love handsome black men like myself. Only they know the real reason. 😂 🤣

The reviews talking about how their rude and disrespectful was written by a bunch of entitled Karen’s for real. These ladies were amazing, sweet, courteous and helpful. Had an emergency and needed my DL, I was in Texas and had to drive an hour, made a call before we left and was told what I needed and what time to be there. Came in and was told the machine acted up earlier but rest assured they would get me taken care if at all possible. Well it was, in and out in 20 mins and had a wonderful little conversation with the whole office about last nights tornado. Thanks ladies bless you all!
