Great place to grab the packages that UPS never delivers, but horrible customer service. Staff are not always present according to the work hours posted on their door. I've arrived 30 minutes before closing only to find the woman at the storefront with the lights off. If you have inconsistent hours please post these new hours, and take down the falsely advertised hours you currently have now.

UPDATED as of 8/30/2021: The woman behind the counter seems to have developed a fondness for correcting customers’ attitudes. She is a self-proclaimed member of the “Politeness Police” and will threaten to kick customers out if they don’t comply. She still appears to harbor a selective attitude over certain individuals’ appearance.

My boyfriend attempted to make a purchase and received the worst attitude ever from the woman behind the counter. He works for the city of Quincy and the woman harbored a serious grudge over an undisclosed parking incident; she furthermore proceeded to lie about a nonexistent debit card minimum.

My husband went in to collect my UPS package from the access point at around 4:30 today (Saturday), and they refused to get it for him saying "the alarm was set" and they were leaving. Posted hours say they close at 7.

Extremely bad attitude, I went there to pick up my UPS Package they just shut the lights and wont let me in before they close the door
