Its a typical electric coop. Prices are fair. The service is amazing. The technicians jump on problems right away and do their best to keep any outages to a minimal.

Nice friendly couple of gals they even tried helping me jump my truck when it wouldn't start their cleaning lady cause it was at closing when it died even offered me water thank you elec. Company women very kind of yall.

Price rates are high but nice people

“We’ve been trying to get ahold of him” wasn’t nice about it at all

So over a day Thanksgiving we found out that they guessed about our daily usage one day and they doubled it and next day it was back to normal and all we got was it will be made right.... still waiting. That's stealing!!! If someone stole from them that person would be prosicutited immediately. Tell me that's not true??? Jackson County is becoming a joke with the utility companies!!!!!

High rates and they jack the price up during the winter.

Very expensive and rude

All around unpleasant and overpriced at that. Buy a generator or panels if you're able.
