Have been with Dr. Levin for the past 8 years. The best PCP by far. She always treats her clients like family. The staff in the office are great. People just need to be aware that there are alot of clients and only 2 receptionists that have to answer all calls. I would always recommend Dr. Levin to everyone.

Dr. Levin is an awsome Doc! Simply put. Been going to her for several years. She is thorough and she is a very compassionate Physician. She tells it like it is and knows when I have been a non-compliant patient. She quickly gets me back on track. I love her. There is no other Doctor I would want by my side when very sick. She spends quite a bit of time with you and you never feel like she's rushing you to see her next patient.

She has a fantastic staff who are all very kind courteous and very helpful. They cant be beat!

Dr. Levin has been my family doctor for 22 years. She has always impressed me with her ability to diagnose the decease by just doing her exam, and those diagnoses have been always confirmed by tests later. Dr Levin is a very compassionate and caring doctor who never makes you feel rushed. She takes time to talk to you. She supports you. She fights with your insurance company to get you the best medication that you need, not the cheapest one that insurance company tries to force on you. Dr Levin promptly returns your calls. Her staff always does what is needed. I always felt better after visiting dr. Levin than I did when I came in. I highly recommend dr Levin.

Dr. Levin has been our family doctor for almost two decades. She is the most wonderful, knowledgeable, wise and caring doctor we ever had. We are infinitely grateful for her professionalism and care.

My friends referred me to this doctor. Office needs some renovation, but the personnel is great and professional. Doctor Levin is a wonderful specialist, very knowledgeable. She asked much more questions than my previous doctors and she really dig into the problems you have. My impression is that she really wants her patients to be healthy. Didn't see that in my previous 4 doctors, who didn't care. So dr.Levin is now my family doctor and I can highly recommend her.

Dr Levin is the best. Her staff at times seems a little annoyed, or that as a patient I am bothering them. Again. Dr Levin is the best doctor I've ever had so it's worth it.

Similar experience, DR. Levin is great, but the staff around her is awful.
Called to have a yearly appointment, was clear with them what type of appointment it was to have it covered by my insurance. A month later received an invoice for the service. A lot of back and forth, quite annoying.
At the end, just to stop the nonsense ended up paying. Not sure, why she chooses the help she has.

I can't say anything about Dr. Levine, BUT her staff is terrible and because of this, 1 star.
They didn't set up an appointment properly so as soon as we arrived one of the staff said they don’t have any appointments for us and didn't even apologize or try to check how it happened, just mentioned that it was probably someone else who made the appointment. I asked to look up information, but the whole conversation seemed like it was my fault, and everything that happened at the reception was without any respect on her part for us.

I will never go back.

Horrible staff attitude. They set me an appointment, but when I arrived to check in, they told me that there is no information about me at all. They are using a notepad and writing with a pen for all appointment details. They don't have a computer with a database; everything is on paper, written by hand. The worst thing is that they make you feel guilty for arriving on time, when they don't have your information in their notebook.

Would give zero stars if I could. I gave this office my information twice in almost two years. Back in September 2020 they told me they’d take my info and call me back to set up an appointment. I never received a call back. When I called November 2020 they told me they didn’t have my information when it had been given to them twice. Could not tell me where my information had gone including my health insurance information personal phone number and email. I’m just appalled at this office and their lack of care for patient information!
