Great Esker Park is another hidden gem on the south shore. Bear Cove across the Back River is an easy walk while Great Esker gives you a slightly more challenging walk.

Great place to walk, bike drop a canoe in the water or fish. The water is subject to tides so beware of low tide, the marsh dries up and will force you into a decent portage walk.

Right in front off the water so it's very easy to grab the kayak and get in. The water in the summer also feels amazing.

Got a parking ticket, ticket said fire lane violation. I've heard it's happening a lot. I know park at Julia Rd. Great Park and ATV friendly!
