Got excellent service in checking my knee out. X-Ray showed replacement knee was okay. Call for an appointment and got one the following day. Nurses were thorough. Dr. Kyle McGivern knew my condition well and answered all questions. Like a real good Christmas present.

Staff was polite and professional. Provided me with a wheelchair as I couldn’t walk well. Dr. Dees was really nice. Explained my injury very well. Made sure I completely understood the problem and the treatment. I am very happy that I chose this provider.

The staff and doctor were extremely professional, caring and polite. My doctor listened intently to the reasons for my visit, and explained the course of treatment needed to provide comfort and alleviate the pain.

I had a wonderful experience at this doctor's office today the staff at the front desk and his assistants were more than polite friendly and knowledgeable and on top of everything Dr Kyle was very caring I appreciate meeting them

Awesome facility to get in an out. Friendly staff/technicians. Doctor Mcgivern is definitely a godsend as he performed both my knee revisions. Definitely recommend his services to everyone. 😇

DOC got me in same-day when the doctor to whom I was referred by the ER had absolutely no sense of urgency getting back to me. For that alone, I am forever grateful. I have had 3 or 4 visits now and have consistently been greeted with friendly faces, made to feel like a welcomed and valued guest. All the healthcare workers, from the front desk to Doctor Dees himself, are patient and personable. Not only do they give me their full attention when they are providing me with care, answering all my questions and even encouraging me to take a moment to think of more, never rushing our time together or making me feel dumb or like an inconvenience, they also haven’t left me waiting in any given room for more than a couple minutes. They clearly value and respect their patients.

My whole experience was great. I was able to walk in without an appointment I was in a lot of pain and they were able to find out what was going on quickly listen to all of my medical history and we're very kind compassionate and understanding. I left feeling as if I was finally heard I will recommend anyone that needs orthopedic care to this location.

I found this place after I injured my shoulder. I have been extremely pleased with the service and care that I received. They took me to X-ray almost immediately and the Dr was in to see me within 5 minutes. I’ve since had 2 additional appointments and they have seen me within 5 to 10 minutes of arriving. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

I took my husband in and they were very polite and happy to help try and find out what the problem was. PA Kori was very respectful and understanding explaining the process.I look forward to working with them again. Updated 9/28/23..... His last visit they did a wonderful job with helping us and explaining the importance of following the routines of excercises given. Should we ever need again we will definitely be returning.The ladies in the front are also so wonderful and polite Its a great team

Dr. McGivern and the staff are wonderful! Dr. McGivern is very thorough, he listens to your concerns and explains things where l can understand. He did a total knee replacement on my left knee. He is a great surgeon!

Kori is so sweet, detailed, and caring! I really enjoy seeing her. She took extra time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone there was very nice! I would definitely recommend this location to others.

The PA I saw was so kind. I felt like she really cared about and identified with my pain. She took me seriously and she worked hard to find the problem. My experience was very good and I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

The DOC on 63rd and Portland is the best PT location I’ve been to in any state. The staff is great the physical therapist’s are professional and extremely knowledgeable and competent. They had my busted shoulders from the military feeling better than they had in years within a two sessions. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely excellent care! Came in with a broken arm after a bike fall and they spent so much time looking at me and cleaning all of my wounds up to make sure I was okay. The staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical when I made the appointment, I'm so use to going to my own doctor or references. Going somewhere new was outside of my comfort zone

However, when I arrived I was lost for words.

The service was phenomenal, from the moment you walk in, they recognize you as a person and not a oppertunist. The facilities offers everything you need, no need to go anywhere else.

I waa amazed at how caring the staff were, they individually took time with me.

If I could score it between 1 and 100, I would with a doubt say 150.

I have severe pain in my knee, my husband gave me the DOC info. So I decided to make an appointment and the next day I was seen, I was surprised to get an appt so fast. Once there I received x-rays and ultrasound sound. They're working on my issue and giving me options for treatment. The staff here is #1 in my book.
UPDATE
Had too go back to DOC today 8/18/23 because my knee pain has returned. Made an appointment on line on the 16th, and went to see these knowledgeable people. Looking at more options. My opinion hasn't changed from my first visit.
UPDATE:
Had another appt 10/2/23 for a gelsen injection, the Dr. Is getting me ready for my vacation.

Got the last of the gelsen injections today. I'm very satisfied with Dr. McGivern, Sammy and my treatment plan with DOC.💜💜💜💜

Kelsey was super sweet and caring. She definitely took her time with me and did everything she could to offer
Me relief. She explained things in detail and had a wonderful bedside manner. The patient care was great and the front desk gentleman was also very kind.
